c) Sewerage evacuations are not clogged.

d) floors and glazing are clean

Possibility of cleaning exemption for the tenant against the payment of 40 euros.

Any damage or damage caused by the tenant and / or his animal to the property of the lessor or third parties will be estimated with the owner.  The pool is outside, close, but not covered. Access to the pool is protected by a door provided with a safety lock. But the pool is not supervised by the renter. It is therefore the responsibility of parents or responsible adults (eg friends, siblings) to protect and supervise minor children.

- From 15 June to 15 September 2018, the swimming pool is temperate (maximum 27 °) and is open from 10:00 to 20:00.

- at other times, the opening of the pool and the temperature of the water are conditioned by a favorable weather.

- The pool basin (5 meters wide and 10 meters long) has a flat bottom. The maximum water height is 1 meter 50.

The paddling pool overlooking the basin (2 X 2 meters) is flat. The maximum water height is 0. 40 meter.


Collection of the tax:

Affected persons: residents over 18 years old.

Les jours d'arrivée et de départ sont indifférents.
La durée minimum du séjour est de 2 nuitées au prix forfaitaire de 140€ - un séjour de 3 nuitées le prix forfaitaire est de156 €, puis chaque nuitée supplémentaire est au prix de 52 . Par exemple un séjour de pour 10 nuitées le prix sera de: 156 € + (52 € X 7) = 520 €.

En basse saison vous pouvez louer une salle de réception de 45 m2 pour 25 personnes maximum. La réservation de cette salle est liée à une obligation de louer 2 logements au minimum. Le prix de la location de cette salle est le même que celui d'un logement.

Le logement est livré propre et les lits sont faits à la remise des clés . Le locataire doit rendre le logement propre et rangé à son départ. Si tel n'est pas le cas, une retenue minimum de 50 € sera prélevée sur le montant de la caution de 150 €.

The shower room is integrated with the first chamber but is isolated by a partition and a sliding door. The bathroom is integrated in the second bedroom but isolated by a wall and a sliding door. Séjour très agréable

De la demande de renseignements jusqu'au dernier jour de vacances, tout a été très clair et fluide avec les propriétaires. A l'écoute, serviables et agréables ils ont contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Le logement était fonctionnel idéal pour 4 mais vivable pour 6 pendant l'été. L'équipement était complet : lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro ondes, aspirateurs. Par ailleurs la résidence est très bien aménagée permettant aux enfants d'être autonomes et de s'amuser sans gêner et en toute sécurité. Propreté assurée tout comme le calme et la bonne entente entre vacanciers. Merci !!!!

Confortable, au calme, village charmant.

Les équipements et les espaces intérieurs sont confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les aménagements extérieurs qui ont fait la joie de nos enfants de1 et 3 ans. Il s'agit d'un village d’artisans, il est surprenant par son charme et son dynamisme(commerces, fêtes, ballade en canoé, en calèche, jardin...). Sa localisation est idéale; la location offre un accès facile et rapide à la mer et aux nombreuses activités sportives et culturelles proposées en Vendée.

Le propriétaire est accueillant et de bon conseils. Nous recommandons la location sans hésitation aux familles avec enfants en bas âges.Excellent séjour dans une belle région.

Calme et reposan

Pendant une semaine, nous sommes au calme, et accueillis par des gens charmants, toujours prêts à vous rendre service et à vous faire partager l'amour de leur région très attrayante. .
