Spacious apartment directly facing the sea on Malta's most popular promenade. The hall leads to a combined sitting/dining room having a balcony overlooking the bay. Accommodation comprises an equipped kitchen, main bedroom and two spare bedrooms  with solid wood furniture. Air conditioning / heating in living area and main bedroom. Centrally located with nearby shopping and on the main bus routes to Valletta, Medina, etc.  A popular water theme park is only 20 minutes bus ride away. A rocky beach is right in front of the main entrance and a 'Blue Flag' sandy beach 20 minutes away (10 minutes by bus).  A public open-air fresh water swimming pool is 5 minutes away. The entertainment centre of Paceville is 15 minutes away on foot offering casinos, bowling, cinemas, restaurants, bars, discos etc. In summer various feasts provide local tradition and spectacular fireworks right in front of the apartment. Truly an apartment for all age groups for Winter sun holiday!

Swimming pool / water park: Open-air fresh water swimming pool at Neptunes about 100 meters along the promenade. Day membership plus lounge bed and umbrella.

Close by there is also the Splash and Fun water park is 20 minutes away by bus that stops right in front of the apartment block. The park is very popular with locals and tourists and provides full day entertainment for all the family. You can swim with the friendly dolphins or go on the various slides or just relax on a lounge enjoying the sun!

We can arrange for taxi driver to await your arrival at the airport and take you straight to the apartment. Payment direct to taxi (not included in rental) - Euro 20 for up to 3 persons, Eur 30 for up to 6 persons

Lovely apartment, fab location and great value!

The description of the apartment was spot on....it is indeed spacious and very clean. 2 big bedrooms and one small one, good sized family bathroom, small but adequate ensuite, well-appointed kitchen and a large lounge/dining room.

The apartment is well furnished - although glass tables were no fun with sticky fingered children! - and there are some nice finishing touches.

The location was great with a bus stop just outside the door, supermarket about 50 metres away (out of the apartments and turn right!) and some excellent restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk (turn left!).

Restaurants that we would particularly recommend are Barracuda (fish restaurant - on the expensive side, but well worth it) and Bianco's (small, but lovely food and extremely friendly owner and staff). There is also a wonderful ice cream parlour about 50m away with an excellent choice in ice creams.

There was a problem with builders on the roof turning off the water to the apartment before we arrived, but Alfred (the owner) was extremely helpful and prompt in resolving this for us.

My only gripe was that we went at the beginning of April and the weather was warm, but the apartment was cold at night with only one oil filled radiator which went in the children's room. There are extra blankets, but this wasn't of much comfort to our babysitters who didn't like to go looking in cupboards!

Overall, though, staying in this apartment was an extremely positive experience and one we'd happily repeat.

Owner's Response: We are glad that our guests enjoyed so much their stay in our apartment. Indeed there are always plenty of extra blankets in the cupboards but in addition, our guests may not have realised that the airconditioning unit in the main bedroom is set for heating in winter (heat exchanger) and then the spare bedroom is heated by the oil-filled radiator heater. Apart from these there is another Heat-exchanger Airconditioning unit in the Sitting/Dining room.

Very spacious apartment close to all amenities in St. Julians

We spent recently spent two weeks in this apartment. It had plenty of space for our family of six( two adults and four children 16,14,12,7).

The kitchen was very well equipped with all cooking utensils for our family. The apartment was well maintained and clean. We had a slight problem with the cooker but Alfred was very quick to call in and fix it. There is an enclosed terrace outside the main bedroom with doors leading to it which had a clothes line and ideal as we had so much washing! . There is alot of buliding work going on in the area and the apartment is overlooking the road but once all the doors and windows and are closed you can not hear the noise and the bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment. There is a supermarket a couple of doors away and is well stocked at reasonable prices. There is a swimming pool 5 mins walk to the right along the promenade away and they have a pay as you go system , it is half price there after 2.30pm. We had a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this apartment and St. Julians for a family holiday. We used the public buses which all stop outside the apartment. Keep your bus tickets they are valid for any transfer journeys within two hours. We visited Popeye Village, Blue Lagoon and the National Aquarium all worth a visit.

have stayed a few times. as good as ever

only able to stay for a week this time but would go nowhere else. the flat is perfect. it is in a good location - handy for everything. the layout is good as are the facilities. We love popping over to the rocks to sunbathe and swim. The local supermarket is handy and well stocked. Our favourite restaurant is Biancos and we are now recognised having been so often! Alfred was as helpful as ever. We will be returning twice in 2018 for a family wedding and later for our summer holiday. Can't wait.

Vicino a tutto!

Casa molto bella e ampia situata nella zona di spinola bay. É molto comoda perché proprio all'ingresso c'é la fermata dell'autobus, a 100m il supermercato e la farmacia e a 10 minuti a piedi si trova paceville con tutti i suoi pub.

Casa confortevole, con wifi e aria condizionata! Unica pecca... Non era pulitissima! La cucina é stata lasciata un po' sporca e delle lenzuola erano macchiate (poi sono state portate dal proprietario che si é dimostrato molto gentile).

Sfortunatamente un lenzuolo era macchiato dalle chimiche usate dalla lavanderia ma la cameriera doveva cambiarlo (Infatti era pulito ma come sbiancato). Abbiamo chiesto piu' attenzione e diligenza nelle pulizie dalla cameriera che gode della nostra fiducia e normalmente fa il proprio lavoro bene.

Lovely spacious, well-equipped apartment, perfect location.

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. It is very spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped (we particularly appreciated a sharp kitchen knife, and ample coat-hangers, which you don't normally get in holiday lets!). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of choice of pillows and bedding. The view of the bay is wonderful and the apartment is perfectly situated for the lovely restaurants, bars and shops of St Julians (within a few minutes walk). It was lovely to be able to cross the road to a swimming place, where the snorkelling was good. The owner was very helpful before we visited and during our stay. Our only minor gripe was with the shower in the en-suite, which would benefit from a new head. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day.

The apartment is in a very central location with nearby shopping, bus stop just outside the block and yet the beach is just outside the main entrance to the block. The bustling centre of the St Julians fishing village is only 5 minutes walk away along the beautiful promenade which is ideal for evening walks along Malta's most popular restaurants district of Sliema and St Julians. Nearby there are two casinos, 10-pin bowling alley and a cinema complex plus entertainment centre - all within 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

The sea off the rocky beach outside the apartment is very clean and crystal clear. A beautiful sandy beach (Blue Flag Standard) is only 20 minutes away on foot.

Other Activities: A choice of evening entertainment within walking distance

Golf: The Malta Golf Club offers excellent facilities at the golf course in Marsa which is about 20 Km away
