Charming and beautiful townhouse for up to 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace with exceptional views to the Giralda tower, touristic icone of Seville.

It is located in the heart of the historic and monumental city center, just one block from the Cathedral, the most exclusive area in Seville. All the main interesting sites are within short walking distance (Giralda tower, Alcazar Royal Palace, City Hall, Archive of Indies, Santa Cruz district, Guadalquivir river, Golden tower, etc).

Recently refurbished for modern day-life, this townhouse with high wooden-beam ceilings is from the year 1900. All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room are provided with air conditioning and heating. All the beds have top quality beds. The wifi works well in the whole house and its use is free. It is distributed in 3 levels:

Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.

On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The living room has a large (200x160cms) and comfortable double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. There are 2 extra beds available, that can be placed in the largest bedroom (the one on the first floor) upon request. There are also a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses).

The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower. The laundry is aside (washing machine, iron with iron table and lines to hang the clothes, both inside and outside).

Great location but lots of stairs. Deserves 3.5 stars

The condo is in a great location, however there were a lot of stairs. If you leave the windows open rather than use the air conditioning it is quite noisy for sleeping. We didn't use the deck as it was very hot. The condo was clean and beds were very good.

Xavier was very nice and quite accommodating. Price was reasonable.

The condo had everything we needed. Thank you Xavier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Overall the apartment was well-stocked with convenient appliances and comfortable beds. The location was very central to all Seville's major attractions and easy walking to shops and great restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful about how to maximize our time in this beautiful city.

Great location! Nice apartment!

We stayed at Giralda house for 4 nights and had a great time at Seville.

The apartment is at a great location -- close to all the major attractions and next to many great restaurants. It is super clean and very quite at night -- even it is at the heart of old town. The apartment has four floors and the kids had a a lot of fun to run up down the stairs. Pablo is a great host. He welcomed us at the apartment and spent quite a bit of time to show us all the places to visit and eat.

The only regret we had is that we only booked the apartment for 4 nights. We shall stay longer.

Fabulous Apartment

This apartment has all the comforts and amenities one could want or need. Lovely. I would stay here again if I visit Seville. Jose was excellent to work with and always available.

The location is fantastic and close to all of the attractions, old city, markets and restaurants.

The apartment is located on a busy street so be prepared to be in an urban environment.

Perfect location - VERTICAL, small apartment

Upon arrival, we were to pay the remaining amount from the original cost minus the deposit/downpayment. Our plan was to change money at the airport but because of travel issues with the airport, weather etc, we were unable to change money before we arrived. Owner was upset that we didn't "follow his instructions” and change the money before arriving. We could have then gone to the ATM to do it, but instead he said he’d have to return from his place outside the city the following day and get the money then. It was a very awkward encounter. In hindsight, I would have preferred to pay all w credit card to avoid anxiety of not having time to change money at the airport.

The location was what this apartment was all about. Perfect location…albeit difficult to unload a taxi on the closest street — one way and one car wide so all traffic must stop. A bit disconcerting to those of us not accustomed to being allowed to stop traffic!

The apartment is vertical. The first floor has one small bedroom and one detached bathroom. The second floor has one bedroom and in-suite bathroom. The third floor has one tiny bedroom w ensuite bathroom and a small sitting room w attached tiny galley kitchen.

Stairs were very steep. And although kitchen had 1 dishtowel and plates, pans, silverware etc, I do believe it would have been difficult to really cook meals there. It was fine for us — we ate out every day. The sitting room has a huge glass table which made it a bit crowded even thought we were just 4 people.

The beds were comfortable — twin beds pushed together on the first and second floors and a large bed on the 3rd floor. The apartment was clean. The heat worked as it was supposed to and the hot water was sufficient for all of us.

There is a washer — no dryer — lines to have a few clothes inside (under cover) and out in fresh air.

Because of the initial confusion with the payment, we were hesitant to share w owner questions we had during our stay. The stairwell light went out. We didn’t want to have him have to come in from the suburbs to have to replace it — and we didn’t want to upset him again with other questions. (That was our decision, not his) so we waited until we left to tell him of the few things he should know about for the next person’s arrival.

We did not use the patio on the rooftop. While standing, the view is lovely to see the Giralda.

The townhouse is located right in the heart of the historic city centre, at 50 metres to the majestic Cathedral, with all the main monuments around, such as the Royal Palace, City Hall, Archives of Indies, Archbishop`s Palace or the Fine Arts Museum.

The area is just in the border of the famous and beautiful Santa Cruz quartier. There are plenty of restaurants and bars of 'tapas' to enjoy the rich Spanish and Andalusian food. Live flamenco is available in several lounges around the house.
