Elegant and luxurious duplex penthouse newly renovated in the center of Seville. The apartment is superb and exceptional finishes. It is large (160m2), very bright, modern design and elegant furnished. It has air conditioning and central heating, wooden floors and high ceilings with fans. Despite having a central location is very peaceful and quiet due to the double glazed windows, which insulate it from the outside. The terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It has a dining table and 2 loungers for sunbathing.

It is distributed in 2 levels: On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom, 1 bathroom and terrace. In the living room you can be installed 2 extra beds, on request.

Its location is perfect for sightseeing tour of the city, as it is in the center, just several minutes andandando of the main monuments (Cathedral, Alcazar, City Hall, Archive of the Indies, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros Maestranza, etc). The car is unnecessary, since almost all visits can be made on foot.

In the area there are many restaurants and tapas bars, both traditional Spanish and Andalusian food, as international food. There are also live flamenco in theaters near the apartment. There are several public car parks, as well as several quality supermarkets and a shopping mall nearby. The main shops of clothes, shoes and souvenirs are just minutes away.

Its location is perfect for FAIR SEVILLA, since it is only 4 minutes walk from the bullring Real Maestranza.

This apartment has everything you need. A great location for touring the city of Seville. Excellent restaurants and shopping very close by. Easy pick up for tour companies if you are planning a date Excursion. Owner was extremely helpful.

Stunning Apartment with Perfect Location

The apartment is large and bright, but it's best feature is location. Walking distance to the Alcazar, cathedral and the river.

Javier was friendly and helpful as we were unsure of our arrival time.

We would gladly stay again.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

This property has it all! It was the owner's home, so everything is of excellent quality. It is beautifully decorated, and better in person than in the photos. The 2 bathrooms and the kitchen are very modern and well equipped, and everything is in working condition, which does not happen frequently in vacation rentals. We never ran out of hot water, another constant problem, and it has a washer/dryer, which is also not easy to find in European rentals. There is central air conditioning, which covers the living areas and first bedroom, and it actually really cools very well. The second bedroom has its own A/C, as does the terrific master on the second floor. It is a very bright, light-filled place, with a great rooftop terrace, where you can also hang laundry if you prefer to not use the dryer. The 3 bedrooms are great, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, most of it custom built-ins. The location is perfect: 10 minutes to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, Archive of the Indies, and just about every tourist spot. It is 2 blocks from the Triana bridge, making exploring that area very easy. There are lots of restaurants close by, including several on the same street as the apartment. Parking is no more than 2 blocks, but if you're lucky, you can park on the street in front.

Javier, who manages the property, is wonderful! He is responsive, willing to help with anything you need, and a delightful gentleman, who also happens to speak English perfectly. I highly recommended this apartment; we will be back for sure! Thank you Javier!

Huge and close to downtown

Wonderful high ceilings. Open living area. Master bedroom requires walk up cute spiral staircase. 15 minute walk into old city. Decent restaurants around. Owner very friendly and helpful. Only potential improvement is ability to pay by Visa as it is uncomfortable carrying around that much cash for deposit and last payment. Would happily recommend.

Our second stay at this well located, well equipped, well managed, well furnished rental. This unit is perfect to explore Sevilla. Javier, the manager (fluent English) was brilliantly responsive, warm and helpful. Spacious, secure, very quiet, comfortable, clean and neat we couldn't ask for more. Two floors with MBR on top, 2 BRs on first, one accessible thru the other. Great WiFi. Spanish only TV. Photos are accurate. This is our little home in Superb Sevilla. Please don't rent when we need it.

The apartamento'está located in one of the best areas in the historical center of the city, El Arenal, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. All major attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Town Hall, Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir River) are a few minutes walk, so use car is unnecessary.

Arenal market is just 100 meters away. The famous bridge of Triana. from which you have a magnificent view over the river Guadalquivir, it is only 150 meters. In it you can practice water activities like kayaking and rowing. Also, you can take a leisurely boat ride on the river, with views of the city on both sides. Nearby is the starting point for buses 2 floors for the guided tour of the city. It also boats for a walk along the river.

The area is very safe and has many restaurants, tapas bars of Spanish cuisine and traditional Andalusian and international top brand shops, supermarkets, car parks, cinemas, theaters with live flamenco shows.

The apartment location is strategic to spend Easter and admire the famous processions of Seville, whose official must travel is very close. Some well-known of them (Esperanza de Triana, Puppy, Museum, Star, among others) literally go next, you can see it even from the terrace.

The location is also very good to attend the Fair of Seville bullring with just 5 minutes walk.
