Goodwood bolt hole
Peaceful, relaxing and tranquil and only a stones throw from the noisy goodwood festival of speed. Which we loved. Perfect! Thanks for a lovely stay, hassle free and calm. We’ll be recommending!
Lovely accommodation and extremely helpful owner. Ongoing booking and cannot stress how helpful!
GREAT MINI BREAK FOR GOODWOOD REVIVAL
A well presented modern chalet newly refurbished to a high standard set in a beautiful gated location. Kerrie (the owner) was very hands on and more than happy to help with any queries and managed to get us tables in a couple of local pubs/restaurants which were showing "fully booked" due to the Revival Meeting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highy recommend to both friends and family. We will be going back!
It was a pleasure to meet you both, I am so glad you had a nice time here at Northlands and I look forward to seeing you both back soon xx
Tranquil setting, very comfortable & friendly too.
We needed to find a place to honeymoon at the last minute and to rest after a busy wedding. This was the perfect place, set in such lovely grounds with a lake and trees. Kerrie was incredibly helpful and kind-even leaving us a celebratory bottle of wine and card. The chalet was very comfortable, decorated in a very pretty way and just what we needed. I would recommend it!
Thank you for coming and sharing such a special occasion at Northlands Farm
A little place in the country for the duration of
This chalet - one of three plus a two bed cottage - is in a stunning country location in the grounds of a substantial house behind its security gates. The decor and artwork look brand new, and the furnishings, soft and hard, are good quality. The welcome pack - tea, coffee, sugar, milk and Pinot Grigio - was - er - welcome. A selection of leaflets etc. for local attractions would have been nice, but for future guests the Roman Palace in Fishbourne was unexpectedly fascinating, even for museumophobes. Some cooking facilities beyond a microwave would have earned it a fifth star.
Thank you very much for staying with us. I hope you had a lovely time.
Just to let you know ALL chalets now have a free standing cooker / oven with hot plates.
We really enjoyed our stay, my 4year old son especially.. Such a beautiful place with stunning scenery & Kerrie was more than helpful, i highly recommend it and we can't wait to go back and stay again.
Thank you so much for coming and we hope to see you both again soon.
The property is located on the private estate of Northlands Farm. A beautiful private setting overlooking lakes and woodland within the security of gates and 18 acres of fencing. The Roman city of Chichester with its imposing 1000 year old cathedral is one of the finest settings on the South Coast.
Chichester is located next to Goodwood with facilities such as the motor circuit, Glorious Goodwood (horse racing) and Aerodrome. World famous events such as 'The Revival' and 'The Festival of speed' are some of the most visited festivals in the world.
Chichester is set back from the Solent, the UK's most popular sailing area, shielded from the channel by the Isle of Wight. Ferries to the Isle of Wight run from nearby Portsmouth and can take you & your car for a delightful day trip.
Portsmouth is the historic home of the Royal Navy. Visit the 'Historic Dockyard' to view the famous 'Mary Rose', King Henry VIII's 500 year old flagship or 'The victory', Lord Nelsons historic flagship which is the only survivor of the Battle of Trafalgar.
Brighton is only a short drive down the coast and is one of Britains most beautiful seaside towns with the famous 'Lanes'. Pubs, Clubs & Shops are plentiful and you can visit the famous 'Brighton Pier'.
