Can Coixi is a cozy house nestled in the heart of the fertile valley of Soller, near the 'Serra de Tramuntana' -declared World Heritage by UNESCO, completely surrounded by nature and just 3 minutes walking from picturesque village of Biniaraix from which you can launch countless hiking or strolling through the cobblestoned and quiet streets. The house is very bright and has south orientation, from the terrace and garden you can enjoy fantastic views of the villages of Biniaraix, Soller and the nearby mountains. The children will spend some unforgettable days in the garden, swimming in the pool(5x3x2), playing in the cabin Robinson wooden child, exploring our agricultural area with farm animals or taking bike rides (4, free and available). Wondeful stay in Soller!

We spent two weeks in Xavis house in Biniraix, just outside Soller center for two weeks in July 2016. The house was perfect for us, two adults and three children. We had everything we needed, the house was clean and well equipped, the wifi worked great, AC in every room, the little pool was refreshing and fun, and the nice garden with the view to the Barranc Biniraix mountains was just wonderful. Extra credits for the second ajoining garden with hens and rabbits strolling happily around the lemon trees. Our nine year old son fed them every morning and evening and could pick fresh eggs amost every day. We wanted to hike the mountains and many great hiking rotes (i.e. GR221) were just outside the door step. Others we could reach after a 30-40 mins. drive on M-10. Also the beaches in Port de Soller, Sa Calobra and Deia were wonderful experiences. Xavi was always "on" Whats App and answered every question within minutes. We truly recommend this house, a home away from home, just off the busiest tourist track, but still close enough to "everything". We will definitely return! Vår Staude, Oslo, Norway.

Owner's Response: We are very happy with the family Var Staude!! They took care of our home, and children were responsible for feeding our chickens and rabbits. They helped a lot to solve small problems with animals, and were warned as soon as the food was finished. We definitely recommend these guests fantastic aand hope to see all of you in the future!!

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting

Our family of four had a great time in Sollér and part of the reason was Can Coixi. Our kids--age 2 and 5--loved picking oranges and lemons and feeding the chickens every morning in the beautiful backyard. We found it very relaxing sitting outside and watching the mountains as evening came. The house is well-equipped with all you need and is very comfortable. Its location is great too, out of town, but close to 3 villages to eat or shop. Xavi, the owner was so thoughtful to send us his tips for Ibiza as that's where we were headed next.

Children can approach them and participate in the care and feeding, and of course collect the eggs every morning. We hope your early return.

Relaxing holidays in a beautiful house

Thank you for great holidays in this beautiful house in Biniaraix. We all loved the loving furnishing inside, the amazing garden with its fantastic views, its terrace and the animals. There is nothing better than warm sun on your back and smells of the wild flowers and lemon trees. We spent many evenings on the roof terrace watching the stars in the sky - fantastic! We all hope to return some day.

Everything in the house in perfect order, especially the WiFi and the air condition. You can reach Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Soller by walking or by bike (there are bikes for kids an adults at the house). For daily needs you'll find a rural cooperative (vegetables, fruits, water, wine) in a 10 minutes walking distance.

The kids were happy, so we were happy too!!!

Dear Xavi, We spend the first time in "Can Coixí" an it was a really fantastic holiday. The house, the garden, the animals, the area and the weather...everything was great!

Also the recomendation to rent a boat in Port de Sóller; Perfect!!

Immer wieder

Wir haben gerade den 3. Urlaub für 2017 in Can coixi gebucht, weil wir jedes mal den Aufenthalt sehr genossen haben. Die Finca und der Garten sind äußerst liebevoll angelegt, gut gepflegt und sauber. Nett ist die erlaubte Nutzung der Früchte und der frischen Eier. Der Hausherr Xavi kümmert sich prompt um alle Anfragen, Wünsche und ist immer für eine Überraschung ,wie Frühstückskuchen, gut. Auch die Übergabe und die Abreise sind einfach und unbürokratisch. Die Lage des Anwesens bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Tolle Unterkunft für naturverbundene Familien

Wir haben einen Woche in Can Coixi verbracht. Kinder, Eltern in Großeltern sind sich einig: das ist das tollste Ferienhaus, das wir kennen. Top Lage (für Wanderer), Top Panorama, großer Garten mit kleinem Pool, super Ausstattung (Nespressomaschine, Regenduschen. Fahrräder, Wanderkarten...). Die Mischung aus Komfort, liebevoller Gestaltung bis ins Detail und rustikalem Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut und seriös (auf Englisch). Thank You, Xavi. We will come to your lovely house again.
