1/2 hour drive to Silverthorne with fantastic outlet shopping malls and superstores.
This is a TOWNHOME, you occupy ground to roof. Attached heated garage. It will feel like home, not a rental because I (owner) live there all winter except the holiday weeks. Owner rented and maintained!

About Smitty (condo owner)
Owner skis 80-90 days a year. Breck skier for 25 years. I LIVE at the condo most of the winter and ski every day. I go back East for the holidays, which is when I rent my unit out. I also spend the off season back East and rent it out off season.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE my condo. It's my prize possesion!
I stay at my condo for 10 weeks of the ski season and rent it out the rest of the time, mostly the holidays. It's got everything you need to make if feel like HOME, because it IS my home for the bulk of the ski season.
Constantly upgrading the place. The 1st floor has all new flooring. The living room has a zero-gravity chair, great for a bad back especially after a day of skiing!
I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I do, that is, if you're a SKIER!
Great Condo for Ski in/Ski Out Skiers/Snowboaders
My fiance and another married couple stayed at this condo in Feb 2016. The size is good for 2 couples or a couple with kids. The location is excellent for people that like to ski/snowboard all day. It is a less than 3 min walk to peak 9 base lifts on a nice path from the condo. The walk is so short I would call it a ski in/ski out location. You can easily do the walk in ski boots. Downtown is not a far walk either. Condo was very clean. Owner is nice and accommodating. The owner marks the condo very well with signs and instructions to make it easier on you. I would defiantly stay there in the future. Heated garage is a plus for people that drive in from out of town.

Great Place To Stay
My girlfriend and I stayed in the condo for the month of November and it was a great experience. The location is awesome. We we're able to walk to the slopes or easily into the "downtown" area. The condo was organized well and the owner was great about answering questions. We're considering going back again this year. Definitely recommended.
Great Condo In Breckenridge
We enjoyed our stay very much. It's obvious that the owner has gone to great lengths to make the condo comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was nicer than we expected!
Comfortable place, really great location!
Our family has stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. Peak 9 village and Main Street is just a short stroll down a really pretty little stream with a couple bridges. We plan on returning whenever we're in Breckenridge.
Great Location, nice unit and plenty of parking
We rented this unit during Christmas 2012. It is well stocked and a great location to walk to peak 9 base. Easy parking with plenty of room in the townhome. We brought our dogs and the trails around the townhome were awesome for walking. There is a big beaver in the river right in front of the unit.
Skiing, skiing and skiing! Breckenridge is famous for lots of fluffy powder skiing! Downhill Alpine, cross country Nordicin Winter, and in Summer: hiking, biking, horseback riding, river rafting, shopping (many art stores/galleries in town with sculpture, paintings, Indian/Southwest items, hours and days of browsing!). Nearby Silverthorne has a huge factory outlet center and many large super stores. There is a supermarket in town and Walmart is only about 15 minutes away.
Other Activities: dining, health clubs, factory outlet shopping in Silverthorne.
