About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Guestbook comments from the manager

Felt very cozy and relaxed over a rainy weekend! We always enjoy the relaxed, clean and cozy ambience, even on a rainy weekend. Lots of wave action and driftwood collected during our beach walks!

Great Beach Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Loved this cozy home in Neskowin! Spent thanksgiving weekend here with spouse and dog. Lots of space for the three of us. Clean and welcoming. I read somewhere that the carpet was dirty, but I disagree. It was clean and soft. Place exceeded expectations for a home that allows dogs (couldn't tell really). Short, easy walk to the beach. We couldn't find a route to the other side of the beach across the river but that didn't bother us. There were a few dead sea lions on the beach so be sure to keep an eye on your pets. Experienced a beautiful sunset. Five minute drive to local store on a busy road. Store is a bit pricey but nice spot for any forgotten items. I would recommended a coat rack of some sort by the front door. And maybe some covered storage containers (although I imagine these have a tendency of walking away). Would happily stay here again!

Place wonderful. Booking info on price egregious. Ended up paying more than double than the price listed on Vacasa.

Nice place, quite neighborhood, short stroll to the beach. Home well equipped, plenty of space in the lower level. Master bedroom and bath upstairs along with living area works well.
