Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 en suite doubles, a double and a kids bunk bed room serviced by a family bathroom.

There is a cloak / WC inside the entrance leading to large reception room with TV den and conservatory leading to a well though out garden supporting your groups needs to dine outside and enjoy the sunshine and views.

The open plan kitchen /dining room forms the centre of operations with large range cooker / central island, with all amenities including a wine fridge off the dining table that can seat 8.

Great property, great location

Lovely property for a relaxing stay with family and to visit Conwy and Llandudno. Lots of room for everyone and finished to a really good standard. Had to check a few minor things with the owner and he responded straight away and was very helpful. Would recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway and to explore the area.

Brilliant family holiday - thank you com heMblhouq

We had a wonderful holiday. Accommodation was excellent for us all. Loved the layout of the property. Kitchen / diner was excellent size for us to all be in when preparing food and sitting down for a meal. The snug/ tv room was cosy for getting some quiet time. All bedrooms and bathrooms were great allowing us to have our own. The main bedroom with own walk in wardrobe, bathroom, shower was excellent. The upstairs seating was a lovely added bonus as well well but didn’t have time to use. Such a lovely home from home. Maybe a hot tub would be a nice addition. The house was perfect location to visit all the wonderful local attractions, villages etc. Kids loved the activities at zip world, crabbing at Beaumaris and Rhos on Sea. Colwyn bay dog friendly beach was great for the dogs to have a good run especially Amy the daughters Border Collie. We didn’t meet Jim the owner but he responded to my emails very quickly and was very accommodating. Thank you Jim. We are thinking of having a bigger family holiday next year so will definitely consider coming back if available for our dates. We were very lucky to get booked this year quite last minute due to a cancellation. Just perfect.

Good sized, well presented property in a quiet location, but close to a number of good towns, beaches and Snowdonia. All local amenities within close proximity. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation home in a great setting.

This property was perfect for our needs. Accommodated 3 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler with plenty of room to spare. Located in a quite little village, but close to Llandudno, Conwy and other north Wales locations. House had almost everything we needed to feel at home and the owner was a joy to work with. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic property. Great location!

Perfect property for people of all ages! We travelled with 2 kids. Aged 1 and 3. The property was great. All facilities were great. Lovely garden for the kids to play in too whilst we were at home. Good commute to Llandudno too just 10-15 minutes drive. Nice small shop just around the corner too for anything basic required. Overall great stay and highly would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Vacation home

We had a fabulous stay at this home. There was more than enough room for us and our three children, and the location was very convenient for day trips to Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris, and Snowdonia. We cooked several meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and we enjoyed the good weather by dining at the picnic tables in the backyard. The owner was very responsive and returned our damages deposit swiftly. We recommend this home highly and hope to come back to visit again soon!

'NYC' is perfectly placed to take advantage of both the mountains and coastline of North Wales.

Nearby historic town of Conwy is a world heritage site as the castle encloses its boundary from the quay front by a fortified wall which is possible to walk around.

On either side of the estuary can be found bustling Marinas with a plethora of services and eating / drinking opportunities.

At the head of the estuary is a range of links golf courses and for the ornithologists there is an excellent wildlife sanctuary run by the RSPB.

Llandudno still exhibits the charms that set it apart as a Victorian destination of choice with its crescent bay, pier and wide selection of shopping.

Along the coast can be found more castles of great history and wonderful beaches with golden sand to enjoy the micro climate of this peninsula, created by the draw of the Snowdonia mountain range.

Down the Estuary from Conwy is the gateway to this marvel of natural beauty, Betws Y Coed, with its authentic Welsh features and myriad of supporting businesses that support the outdoor pursuits of hiking, mountain biking and many more that can be explored from this base.

New to the Conwy valley in 2015 is the Surf Snowndownia an amazing inland surf experience suitable from total beginners to professionals.
