Amazing XVII century building, full of historical signs, at the same time totally stylish and remodeled by famous Venetian architect Giulio Lattuada, maintaining traditional materials. The apartment is situated in the heart of Venice.
The property is close to the famous San Marco square and the most important monuments and museums of the storical center. The apartment gives space to talented artists to exhibit their art works.
This is a third to fourth floor apartment with 2 double rooms, two complete bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a romantic attic/living room. A wonderful view over the city roofs is waiting for you to experience Venice as local people do! In the neighbourhood, you can find traditional restaurants, pizzerias, bars and any kind of shops.
Thank you for your hospitality. We loved the apartment and we really enjoyed meeting you, Stefania, and Camilla. It was the perfect end to the summer. It was nice to have people we knew in the audience of the screening.
Our schedules were so busy that we regret we didn't have the chance to share a meal together. Hopefully we'll have a chance to have dinner together when you and your family come to NYC.
On a practical note, we hope everything in the apartment was left in good order.
Best wishes for the Fall.

My sister and I and our five children stayed at this apartment for a few days in the heat of summer. Booking was smooth and communication was great. The apartment stayed nice and pleasantly cool with aircon. There are lots of stairs up to the apartment so visitors with mobility issues should look elsewhere. Our kids had no problems at all with the stairs. Bathrooms are spotless and new. Beds are comfortable, all linens are very nice. Check in contact person, Adair, was very very kind and helpful. Supermarket is a five minute walk away. Apartment was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. There is no central living room or lounge but we kept busy and it didn't matter. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a great meal. A canal runs right beside the building and you can watch gondoliers out the window and hear them singing -- very romantic! Great gelato and wine just downstairs. Easy to access from the train station. We took a water taxi direct to the airport from the Grand Canal (three minute walk - 140 euros for 7 of us) -- made the trip very easy! Highly recommend.
This apartment was perfect for a girl's trip! Five of us were able to spend 2 nights in this spacious apartment comfortably. The location is absolutely perfect! It's on a quiet street with lots of restaurants and a cool local wine bar nearby. Within 2 minutes of walking, you're in St Mark's square. The apartment was clean, convenient, and very safe. Both Camilla and Adair went above and beyond to ensure that our reservation process and stay went smoothly. Be warned though that there are a lot of stairs- both in the building and in the apartment itself. It wasn't a problem for us but it may be something to think about if you're traveling with young children.
This is a very charming, clean and very convenient apartment. The photographs and description are very accurate. Adaire came to meet us at the pier and walked us to the apartment. She was very thorough in explaining everything and showing us around the apartment. It is a 4 story walk up. It was great exercise for us especially with all the gelato we ate! Very close to the Palazzo Ducale, St. Mark's Square, Campanile Bell Tower, Rialto Bridge, Rialto Market, Grand Canal. Also lots of shops and restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store are all close by. Also spent time in the cozy kitchen drinking awesome Italian wine and eating the delicious cheeses! Loved how the windows open up wide, no screens. Lots of fresh air and natural light. So enjoyed looking at the beautiful terra cotta roof tops every morning.
The owner's office is right next door but you don't hear them at all. He was very friendly and recommended places to eat. We would definitely stay on our next visit to Venice!
I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two adult children and would definitely recommend it. Picking the "right" place is so stressful and you really don't know whether you've succeeded until you see it but I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with this one. Camilla was so responsive with emails and our contact person, Valentina, was right there waiting for us as we got off the boat. I was worried because we had no cell service while on the boat and would get cut off from her every time we tried to call, but she figured it out! She also was very thorough showing us everything in the apartment and giving us some recommendations. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning was wonderful. The beds were not what we are used to at home, but not bad at all! No different than everywhere else we visited in Italy. It is a charming apartment, as advertised. The best part is that it is in a perfect location: not far from the ferry, still very close to everything you want to see, and the street out front was not a huge thoroughfare. We were able to walk everywhere and still pop back to the apartment for breaks. The area felt very safe. In the evening, we drank a bottle of wine on the steps overlooking the canal- what a great memory! Don't hesitate to choose this apartment!
A spacious and clean apartment just 2 minutes walk from St Marks Square. Sofie was very helpful. meeting us at the ferry and getting us to the apartment. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Great having single beds for the kids rather than just a twin. Can't recommend it highly enough.
