Everything we needed and more was there. The discount you had available made it incredibly good value but we'd definitely suggest to anyone looking to book that this property is worth the standard rate. I have to admit, we are quite fussy people, but your home exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality.

Clean, pretty, quiet, well-equipped little flat

My family and I spent six weeks in this flat before completing on our house purchase. Julie is very approachable and friendly, and listened to what we wanted. Both she and Andrew are a real pleasure to deal with. It's a really nice, quiet estate, and you're about a ten minute walk, along pleasant roads, from coffee or food on Bellevue Road. Transport links are pretty good, with Wandsworth Common station, Tooting Bec tube, or Balham tube within a fifteen minute walk. The flat was perfectly clean when we arrived, with professionally laundered and ironed bedclothes and plenty of towels throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped for both cooking and serving, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are both very good models and extremely easy to use. All the appliances have instruction leaflets available, and Julie and Andrew also provide very clear instructions about how to deal with unholiday-ish things like collection of rubbish by the local council, which you do need to know! At no point did we have any problems parking in the allocated space (often a problem in London, but no-one was ever in our space in the six weeks we were there). I would recommend the apartment unhesitatingly; if I scratched my head to come up with a criticism for the sake of balance, it would be that there is no provision on the estate for locking up bikes but we improvised with a garden bench. All in all, recommended.

Nos gustó todo, la comodidad y el espacio de la casa y el equipamiento, no faltó de nada. Estuvimos como en casa. Gran facilidad de transporte público. En 10 min. estábamos en el centro de Londres. Supermercado cerca. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Todo fue perfecto. Melina muy amable y atenta nos ayudó en todo. Excelente gestión de su agencia. Gracias, Silvia.

Spotless. Great amenities & good central location

This house was well spotless and very well equipped. It was located a few minutes walk from the grocery store and lovely little shops on Bellevue. No street noise at all and very peaceful. Easy to get to tourist sights by tube. I would definitely say this place had everything we needed and we were well catered to by the managers. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Edward & family from Idaho, USA.

Our stay in peaceful Wandsworth London

We spent a great week here. The flat was immaculately clean, modern and well-appointed. We had everything we needed in the flat. Good information about the area was given at check-in. We have a young family so wanted to vacation in a safe family friendly area with green space outside of the city center. Tube and train are very close and convenient and the center of London takes 10 minutes to get to. Everything was as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the village-style vibe of Bellevue Road. It's shops and supermarkets with restaurants and cafés were all within easy walking distance. Everywhere you go on Bellevue Road you have a great view of the park called Wandsworth Common. The area is also teeming with young kids, so restaurants and shops were very child-friendly. We hired a car for a couple of days so the parking outside the front door was really convenient. We highly recommend this lovely property.

Perfect service, clean condo in quiet location.

When I first looked at this property I liked it but wasn't sure about the location. I called and spoke to Julie. She told me about their other properties and was really knowledgable about the areas and each of their apartments. In the end we thought this one would suit us best because it had free parking and she said it was the quietest of all of the locations she could offer us.

We arrived to find everything just as it was described and were greeted by Mike who made sure we were comfortable and gave us great tips about the area.

We have a teen and a 5 year old. Our 5 year old loved the bunk room and our teen chose to use the sofa bed. Our bedroom was up on it's own level and gave total privacy from the kids.

We enjoyed the area and the great shops on Bellevue Road but spent most of our time in Central London. It was easy to get to (less than 10 minute walk to the Tube and dead easy to find).

Thanks very much to Mike & Julie for their genuine hospitality. We will tell our friends!

Located just 11 minutes by train from central London's Victoria Station. Wandsworth Common is in South West London's Borough of Wandsworth and is close to other popular areas such as Balham, Clapham, Battersea, Wimbledon, Putney, Streatham and Tooting.


Tube & Train:

Northern Line from Tooting Bec Tube station (10 -12 minute walk from the apartment) with regular service every 2 minutes to central London from approximately 06:14 until 00:52. Alternatively, walk a few minutes longer to Balham to visit the many shops and restaurants there, where you can also catch the Tube.

Access to London's South East is very easy thanks to service by Southern Train Lines. Southern Trains offers frequent service to Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Gatwick and Croydon.

What Wandsworth Common Offers:

Wandsworth Common, part of 'Nappy Valley' with its higher than average population of 'City' professionals with young families, is a very safe suburban area with a relaxed and upmarket feel. Excellent educational institutions such as Emanuel School, founded in 1594, prepare local students for prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge.Close to central London, yet without that 'city rush', Wandsworth Common has a comfortable pace that is refreshing after a long day of sightseeing.

The Common itself is 175 acres large, with a large area used for competitive sports, a number of ponds and a lake (fishing by permit), educational centre dedicated to wildlife, tennis courts, bowling green, cafe, fitness trail and pedestrian boards walks and pathways.

Less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment begin all of the bars, restaurants and shops of Bellevue Road. These eateries and shops look out onto the beautiful tree-lined open spaces of Wandsworth Common.
