Moors Edge, Unit B, at the Village at the Moors, is one of two attached, two-level town homes that we own at the Village at the Moors. It is located in the deep West End of Provincetown at the intersection of Bradford Street Extension and Provincelands Rd. and has fabulous views of the Moors, Herring Cove dunes and Cape Cod Bay, on the edge of the National Seashore. There is central air-conditioning and central vacuum. Granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances accent a lovely open kitchen/dining/living room. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are also located on the second floor. This 'upside down' floor plan has cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a large second-floor deck facing south and west for wonderful sunsets. On the first floor, there are two spacious and light bedrooms and a full bath. There is a basement space with washer and dryer. Two designated parking spaces come with the unit. Wireless is available.

Ned Bradford is the Director of the Academic Enrichment Center at Curry College and Itzik Kamhine teaches math at the MA College of Pharmacy and Simmons College. We purchased this property because of its unique location and use it ourselves when it is not rented. We live in Boston and make sure that our guests receive the highest level of accommodations. We love the deep West End of Provincetown and think that it provides the perfect balance of access to town, and access to the National Seashore, bike trails and beaches.
Ned Bradford and Itzik Kamhine purchased this townhome in 2004
Our home is located at the end of the Cape, only several hundred yards from the end of Route 6. The views are spectacular, the setting is breathtaking, varied and unique, and the accommodations are modern, spotless, comfortable and stylish.
We love the three large and comfortable bedrooms, the cathedral ceilings in 2nd floor great room, the cozy living/dining room, the original art, the granite and stainless kitchen and the spacious west facing deck. You will too.
We really enjoyed our stayed in your
lovely townhouse in P-town! The
location was especially nice. It was
so remote and peaceful yet so
accessible to everything. Your place
gets great light, I absolutely loved
that and the awesome views! I hope
to come back soon.
The view was spectacular over the Moors edge as seen in the pictures here--The deck was right where you want it to be too, making the most of the outdoor living, even though for our stay it was encapsulated in ice out there so I would have seriously needed Chris to cuddle with me... That is where the "indoor living" standard of beauty exceeding all expectations was in no way wasted on us! Complete with extraordinary paintings and art throughout the place! Mid-century antiques in every room brought a fun personal feel to the space. Someone had a very nice touch in putting it all together and I'm still smiling when I think of the vintage retro feel of getting reacquainted with lamps I'd known as a child. Thank you for everything!- We loved it!
My 2 teenagers, my husband, and myself stayed here for a week. Ned thought of everyting in this lovely property, and was easily available to answer any questions. Furniture was very comfortable, beds & pillows were comfy, layout was excellent, kitchen was fabulous, bathrooms were great, VIEW WAS ABOVE ALL FABULOUS. Even on the one rainy day we watched the salt marsh undergo its changes. All the things you usually have to put up with in vacation places was taken care of here: quality pans for cooking, coffee filters, pepper grinder, oil&vinegars, paper towels, trash bags, saran wrap, TP, clothes washer detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, nets, etc etc were thoughtfully provided. I am used to bringing these items myself and was happy to see how nicely Ned took care of his guests. With 2 decks, 3 BRs, 2 BAs, and back hallway for our bikes, we had plenty of room to have fun as a family and bike or walk into Provincetown or trails as we wanted.
What a fabulous birthday week I had, the weather was incredible for April, sat many hours on the second story deck reading and laughing with friends. This condo is lovely, very well equipped, loved the granite kitchen and the fine soft linens, mmm. We went on the best whale watch of my life[ and have been 20-30 times in my life] saw whales tails and spouting from Herring Cove Beach many times that week also. Town was opening for the season and coming to life, was fun at night too. The location of the condo at the west end is quiet and pristeen. Walking or biking from here is great and thank you Ned for showing me the baby foxes, got some great photos hope you got the one I sent you. TYM wonderful place, be back again for sure.
I have stayed at many houses on VRBO but this was THE best! Well appointed, beautiful furnishings & bedding and the perfect location. With 4 teenagers and a young puppy it was a full house, but everyone was comfortable and happy. Great beaches to run the dog. And perfect to get in and out of town quickly and easily. And all with a pair of delightful owners. We all hope to return.
This home is just as nice as described. The owners were very accommodating and informative on area. Great location; wonderful views; 2 of the world’s best beaches (Herring Cove and Race Point) are within minutes. Walk or bike to center of town. You will never regret staying here.
This special spot in the West End of Provincetown, on the edge of the National Seashore and at the end of Bradford Street Extension, is full of variety, nature and views. Take a walk across the breakwater, or hop on your bike and hit the trails. Put your kayak in the water 200 yards down the road and paddle out into the harbor. Walk or bike to stunning Herring Cove Beach. Watch the great blue herons in the morning over coffee. Gail Force Bike Rentals is a 2 minute walk down Bradford Street. At the end of the day, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the 2nd floor deck or front porch as the sun dips below the dunes and the last die-hards walk or bike back from the beach. Throw a meal on the grill and relax in the fully appointed kitchen/dining area or head into town for dinner. After dinner stroll back down Commercial Street, or catch the shuttle back and finish the night by gazing at the stars.
Other Activities: kayaking, whale watching, shopping, people watching
