Completely renovated to the highest standards in 2013, this large, furnished, air-conditioned studio is situated in the most prestigious residential area of Cap d'Ail, just above the sea front. The flat has a beautiful sea view with a south-facing terrace and private garden. It is located in a very quiet, exclusive, gated residence filled with an abundance of exotic Mediterranean trees and vegetation.

The two swimming-pools in the residence are directly accessible from the flat. One is immediately below it, and the other, an infinity-pool with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean to Cap Ferrat, is just a few steps beyond the flat's private garden.

With a quality double-bed, the flat offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people, and has a fully-fitted separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower & WC, and a private parking-space within the compound.

The sea front and beaches (with the coastal path to Monaco, watersports centres and stylish restaurants) are a few steps away. The town of Cap d'Ail is within a few minutes walk, where there are shops, restaurants, the tourist office and other amenities.

The flat is easily accessed by car, bus or train, and there are good connections to Nice International Airport.

The price includes linen, towels, parking, Wi-Fi/cable internet access and telephone calls to non-premium land-lines in more than 100 countries (see below). French & UK TV available.

Suitable for people who enjoy and respect a very quiet and tranquil environment.

Fabulous apartment!

This is the second time we have been to stay at Naomi and David's apartment so you may have guessed we love it. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and chill then this is right for you. The property is very high spec in a secure area with a small private patio/garden which leads to an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Paradise! The owners have spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that everything you need to know about the area and accommodation are to hand and on the odd occasion we needed advice they came back to us straight away. We will be back!

Wonderful apartment, amazing views, helpful owners

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for a week and were not disappointed. From the offset the owners were very helpful providing lots detail and doing their best to make the stay as easy and nice as possible. Once there it is clear the apartment has been recently remodelled to a high standard with everything from a TV with English speaking channels & Netflix, to a piano. The pools were fantastic and quiet and it is a short walk to the beach and shops. Having been coming to cap d'ail for many years I can say this was one of the best places to stay and would strongly recommend it.

A Perfect Haven

We stayed in David and Naomi's apartment again this year. The apartment is just lovely, ideally situated. It is exactly as shown on the website. Directions, explanatations etc. are excellent. The pools are lovely also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone...and I'm very fussy! We hope to return next year again for another wonderful holiday.

Great location and amenities

This apartment is clean,modern, great location and has all possible required amenities including our door swimming pool and terrace so you can really enjoy the Rivera sunshine and view of the sea. It is safe and secure and the property owners are always available if you have questions, over all an amazing experience
