Access to Gulf front from both master suite slider and living area. Thoroughly remodeled including all new tile throughout, new kitchen and baths including granite countertops and ceramic floors.
The Master suite is beautifully appointed with king-size cherry bed, high boy, French desk with leather top, European oils, and walk-in closet and bath. Fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table. Panoramic views of sunset of 25 foot balcony, Gulf Coast north and south.
Second suite has two queen-size beds, walk-in closet and bath. Plenty of privacy for two separate couples or adults and children. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Pets are NOT allowed. Please smoke on balcony only. Unit is non-smoking.

I was informed a couple weeks before our trip that Cherie, the very nice lady that I had been addressing my questions/concerns to for the past few months, was no longer employed with the rental company. Since I was now having to deal with someone new to me, there were a couple issues. Where Cherie had been handling any questions or issues up to this point, Brittany now felt I should contact the owner directly with questions/concerns instead of going through the rental company. Maybe that's the proper way, I don't know. I just felt like since Cherie had been handling everything for me, whoever was to take her place should continue to do so. And since I have never rented a condo before, I felt like the customer service was lacking a bit on Brittany's part. Although I felt a little put off by her attitude, Brittany did come through in the end.
The condo is absolutely beautiful and just steps from the beach. Most everything you need is provided as far as dishes, linens, towels, etc. You will need things like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. If you forget anything, there is a Winn Dixie and a Publix right down the road. A word of advice: if anyone intends on sleeping on the couch, bring a couple blankets. The air blows right toward the couch, so it stays a little chilly.
2 keys are provided to the condo. After noticing that one of ours didn't work, we called the rental office. A lady soon there after, brought us a working key and was super nice.
The only complaint we had as far as cleanliness was the lamp shades and overhead lighting, which was very thick with dust. There were a couple of things broken that the owner was in the process of repairing, but nothing that took away from our wonderful vacation. There is a pool on the property, as well as grills. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you are interested in renting them. People do fish on this beach, so you may think about bringing water shoes.
I do want to say that the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was nice enough to purchase us a parking pass for the week since we were bringing 2 vehicles. We had an awesome week and hope to stay in your condo again in the future. Thank you MJ for everything.
