This attractive contemporary home is located in private Lion Head Beach community, only steps away from private bay beach and spectacular sunsets. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Large picturesque windows provide for spaciousness, openness, and lots of light. Two decks, one off the living room with a gas grill, and the other off the master bedroom. This is an airy contemporary, with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, cathedral ceilings, handsome fireplace, 2 car garage and central air conditioning will give you a sense home, comfort, and relaxation. Private marina is available. There is a gorgeous view of water from the second floor. There are also two decks in the back of the house facing a serene backyard while you enjoy a nice glass of wine while you barbecue. Great spot for biking. Great restaurants: Michael's, East Hampton Point, Bay Kitchen Bar and Harbor Bistro are just 1/2 to 2 miles away.

About Lynne Davidson

I am a beach lover who has lived in the East Hampton community for over 30 years, with a background in hospitality. I am a University Professor of organizational behavior and change, a leadership development coach and group facilitator. I am also the President of the NY Metro Chapter of the National Society of Emotional Intelligence.

I take pride in making my renters feel at home, and want to make sure their stay in my home is everything they would wish for. I have a great sense of humor and love to make everyone feel comfortable. I consider myself to be a very inspirational and compassionate person who loves to give gratitude to others and coach individuals to reach their goals in work and dreams in person life. I am friendly, informal, and someone who others come to frequently for inspiration and guidance.

I have been coming to the Springs in East Hampton for years, first renting and then buying. I have always been a sports enthusiast and a beach and water lover. Have played lots of tennis and biking, the later is especially safe in Lion Head as it is a quiet private community with very little traffic.

After several years of renting, my husband and I decided that we loved this area so much that we just had to buy!

We fell in love with the water across the the street and the fact that it is in a quiet cul d' sac with a marina. There are great restaurants nearby, and open landscaping makes this home a warm, spacious, and pleasant feeling during all seasons! The gas grill on the deck with outside seating is perfect on summer nights for entertaining or a simple cooked barbecue for yourselves .

If you are looking for your stay to be in a home, not just another rental house, this is the place for you! You will enjoy every moment.

Beautiful home, great location, great host!

My husband and I stayed at this house for 3 weeks, and we had a GREAT time. Lynne was very accommodating to our needs, as we are from Idaho and did not know the area well. She gave us great recommendations for a quiet beach getaway. The best part of the house was how open it is, and the beautiful sunsets over the bay. It was the perfect escape for my husband who likes to grill outside. We spent many evenings sitting on the back deck eating dinner, watching the sun set.

Excellent place for a vacation :)

Property was lovely, as was the surrounding neighborhood. Convenient to shops and beach. Beautiful sunsets and great for morning walks. The perfect place to enjoy a week (or several) in the Hamptons.

Plenty of room, clean and well furnished. Strongly recommend to others!

Private Beach and Back Porch BBQ

Comfortable place to stay and relax, or venture into town or one of the beaches.

The house was clean and filled with sunlight. Loved having coffee on the back porch in the mornings, and enjoyed grilling some dinners there too.

The house was steps away from a lovely little private beach - the sunsets were amazing (great photos).

Easy drive to local social spots - we even visited the Jackson Pollack studio. Be sure to bring your bikes so you can explore the area. We ventured out further East on Montauk Highway to check out the Luncheonette (The Lobster Roll) from The Affair. Totally packed, but fun and we were "back home" in no time!

Wonderful beach home for all year round!

This home is beautifully designed - dramatic and spacious, yet very warm and comfortable on a private tree-lined property. Plenty of bathrooms, big bedrooms and living space, including a lovely outdoor deck with grill for family or friends. The home is well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed playing board games in the evening, walking to the beach in the daytime, and eating on the deck or in the dining area. Loved taking walks, too. Its very convenient to everything - a short ride to two great restaurants on the water and near the Jackson Pollack house, which we visited and were fascinated by. It's also a short ride into East Hampton's wonderful shops and nearby supermarket to stock the kitchen for breakfast and lunches. We would definitely recommend it and expect to return again.

FANTASTIC Time! Great House!

This house was everything I dreamed it would be. I had a GREAT time. It is in a perfect location, close to the water, with fabulous views. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed after walking along the beach every morning, picking up shells washed up on the shore. It was also close to town and great restaurants. I visited Jackson Pollack's studio nearby, found a local farmer's market, and had fresh oysters at Bay Kitchen & Bar. I would highly recommend this home. Lynne made sure all of my needs were tended to, and I was greeted by a clean, open, relaxing environment when I arrived.

If you rent this home, I promise you will love it!

A Wonderful Vacation Home

This property was all we hoped it would be. Well laid out (master bedroom on first floor and two guest bedrooms on second floor) with lots of open space on first floor. Private deck off living room is great for dining, reading, snoozing. Everything we needed was there and the house was spotless and welcoming. The private beach is just beautiful and so close to the house. Of course, all the amenities of the Hamptons are within easy reach. We so enjoyed our time there and will return again!
