The space:

The Space allows gorgeous views from all rooms. The open living room/dining room is great for entertaining. Enjoy incredible meals from the Miele Appliances. TV has all channels, Netflix, YouTube etc.

Bedrooms are separated at different ends of the suite to allow for privacy. Two full baths make for ease of living.

Sleep beautifully on the high end beds with top of the line linens. Sound proof windows allow for noise to be shut out.

The air filtration system brings fresh air in without having windows open. Air conditioning for summer months.

Lovely deck is spacious & well laid out to allow for an extension of the living space to be enjoyed.

Hot tub, pool & steam rooms all for great relaxation & a social element to the building. We have such good times visiting with neighbours and visitors there. The building is very friendly.

We allow a small dog. We are a monthly rental building. We are not allowed short term rentals. This is suitable for working professionals on long term contracts.

Guest access:

You will have full access to the condo and all the building amenities.

Interaction with guests:

We are a phone call or email away. We are not living on sight.

Other things to note

Neighbourhood is fantastic with New Casino & two five star hotels next door. Never a boring moment!

About Brenda Stephens

We are a retired couple who are busy travelling the world and having new experiences. We are renting out our condo so others can share in the amazing neighbourhood we live in. Vancouver's new Entertainment district. We are adjacent to Yaletown and beside the new 5 star Parc Hotel Convention/Casino centre. The seawall is across the street . We have lived in many Yaletown locations and this is our favourite. We have a gorgeous pool and hot tub pool deck.

Why Brenda Stephens chose Downtown

If you will be working in downtown this location will put you within walking distance to your office. We also have Zipcars available right in our underground parkade. That is better than bringing a car since we don't have free parking.

What makes this condo unique

The suite has noise blocking windows so we live in quiet in the middle of the city. The suite is a Penthouse with the highest upgrades sold in the project. We have amazing Meile appliances which make cooking and cleaning much easier.

Everything is new and easy to use.

The views out all windows are lovely.

The Neighbourhood: Yaletown

Yaletown is a small district of downtown Vancouver, facing False Creek to the south. The industrial dock and old, red-brick warehouses have gone through a transformation to become an elegant marina surrounded by independent restaurants and stores, while still retaining a rugged, bygone aesthetic. The parks along the coastline offer wide, open recreational spaces. George Wainborn Park has pristine lawns, perfect for a picnic, and David Lam Park hosts the annual Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
