Despite the central location it's quiet and light, with a terrace for sitting out and relaxing. Inside there is a double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Hair-dryer, ironing facilities, stereo, satellite tv, linen and towels provided. Tere, the caretaker, lives nearby and is available to help with any emergencies - or even just a chat and some local knowledge. Sleeps 4.

Perfekte Lage, super Ausstattung

Die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos, alle unseren Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Die Vermieter stellten sich jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, die Wohnung ist direkt in der Stadtmitte. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt viele Souvernierläden und Cafés in der Nähe. Trotz der Lage (letzter Obergeschoss) war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl (Ende Mai). Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlungswert.

Muy buen lugar, trato y ubicación

Estancia de 5 noches geniales, el piso es muy amplio y bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Quizás la única pega que el agua no era del todo caliente. Aún así muy contento por el lugar escogido y el buen trato de los caseros que nos atendieron a cualquier cosa que le preguntáramos. Nos cuadró la estancia por la época de carnavales y la ubicación es ideal, se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio en menos de 15 minutos.

Muy recomendable la estancia.

Calle Villalobos is in the heart of the historic centre of Cadiz facing the Cathedral. The nearest square, Candelaria, is at the end of the street with its fountains, bougainvillea, bars and beautiful renovated cafes. A few streets further on you can find Cádiz market where one can buy all manner of local produce from jamon iberico to fresh clams from the bay. Two beaches are a short walk away, Caletta flanked by the castles of San Sebastian and Santa Catalina where you can frequently find an excellent selection of free exhibitions and Santa Maria, the beginning of a seven kilometre beach, ending in wild sand dunes.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a recently renovated historic building featuring a typical Andaluz courtyard entrance. It's quiet, spacious and light with a terrace for sitting out and relaxing.
