This beautiful Mallorquin Palace dates back from the 17th century and is ideally situated just a minutes’ walk from the cathedral, beach, restaurant, and shopping areas. The bright spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor; there is a lift to the 2nd.The spacious open plan living area incorporates the master bedroom (king size bed) which allows the guest to lay in bed whilst enjoying the spectacular sea view. It also has a twin bedroom and one bathroom . Fully restored and furnished to a high standard including WiFi Internet, Astra Satellite TV, heating and air-con . The fully equipped kitchen leads out to a small private terrace with lovely views of the old town , cathedral , mountains and sea. The cosy open fireplace is a lovely feature making this apartment the perfect all year round destination to relax and discover the beauty and history Mallorca has to offer.

The Studio

This charming penthouse studio has recently been renovated to a very high standard. Located on the fourth floor of a beautiful historic building, it is extremely bright and airy and is equipped with all modern amenities.

Owing to its unique location in the old town the stunning panoramic views can be enjoyed from each window whilst relaxing in bed.

The studio boasts the most spectacular spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea , the Parc de la Mar, with its mix of trees, cosy cafes and playgrounds, and Palma's famous cathedral. It is the perfect place to sunbathe , BBQ and enjoy a glass whilst watching the magnificent evening sunset.

The compact studio has everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday, or winter city break, including a double bed (memory foam mattress for extra comfort), shower room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine. Satellite TV, free wireless internet.

The apartment can be combined with the studio to form a duplex, sleeping up to 6 adults, as the two apartments are connected by an adjoining door. Both properties can be rented individually .

This property is situated in a highly respectable residential neighbourhood so is unsuitable for people visiting Palma to party.

The building is situated on the sea front minutes walk from the Cathedral , restaurants , bars museum and beach

There is far more to this wonderful island than its stretching sandy beaches and year round sunshine. The infamous package holiday resorts are confined to a small area whilst the rest of the island remains remarkably diverse and untouched. This is the 'other' Mallorca, a place of breathtaking landscapes and culture ready to be explored and enjoyed.

Mallorca offers something for everyone and can be enjoyed on foot, bike, by car or by boat. Head for the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana mountain range for hiking, cycling or just plain relaxing. Those wanting a mellow pace of life will find the sleepy ancient towns and rural fincas of inland Mallorca the perfect antidote to hectic living. For relaxed beach swimming and shoreline activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing or even kite surfing, look South and East for the less touristy beaches. This is a really beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views from the apartment are fantastic, it has every facility you would need for a comfortable stay and more. The apartment is in a gorgeous building in the old town of Palma which is so picturesque that it feels as though you are walking around a film set. The apartment is near the beach and the Cathedral, it couldn't be in a more convenient or stunning location. FABULOUS!!

Good Apartment

Perfect location, central to all activities in Palma. Fantastic views over the sea. Great place for two people to hide away and chill out. Advantage of small terrace - perfect for breakfast and evening cool down.

Spent one week in this beautiful apartment in June - couldb't have asked for more. Ideally located with spectcular views to the front and side of the property.

Ideal for a couple wanting to imerse themselves in the old town as you are in the middle of a prestigious residential area.

Close to all the sights, restaurants and shops.......can't wait to return
