This is a lovely apartment which has its own very large private terrace on which you will find a table and four chairs and some sun loungers The terrace boasts wonderful views across the marina and out to sea. It is a very well furnished apartment, which is spacious throughout and offers a light and airy interior. Air conditioning is great in summer months. The lounge area has British television and fibre optic internet access, which included in the price, plus two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and offers everything that you would expect to find in your own home. The dining area is conveniently located right off the kitchen and can also be accessed via the lounge. In the apartment you will find two en-suite bedrooms; one with a kingsize bed and one with a double bed. There is part of the master suite which has two singe beds it is accessed by passing through the master bedroom. The apartment is a great location for families coming to stay in Estepona and in our opinion offers excellent value for money. Car hire is definately not needed in this location. If you do have a car, parking is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. Additional on-street parking is about 150 meters away.

Front line on ground floor in Estepona Marina. This lovely apartment is front line to the sea and is located on the ground floor of block II of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments. The accommodation offers wonderful views across Estepona marina and out to sea. It has its own large, private terrace area, which is accessed via the lounge. Estepona Port is home to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is an ideal place to stay when you are not planning on doing much driving as everything is within a short walk. The excellent beach of Bahia del Cristo, which offers beach restaurants and bars is very close to this apartment.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
