120 sqm town house with its own front door within a gated community, plus 70 sqm of private terrace, with stunning views, a communal swimming pool and a 2 min walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and marina of the charming area of javea port. accommodation consisting of kitchen, fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven. A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Open plan lounge /dining with 42 inch TV, with full English and sky TV, and comfortable sofas,and dining table, which leads on to a terrace also with dining table. upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds and the 3rd with bunk beds, which are best suited to children. and a 2nd bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a large roof terrace with stunning views, and a fabulous shaded chillout hut with day beds and a fridge .

Why Carl Davies chose Xàbia

The house is only 10 years old, so has all the benefits of modern building, ie. central AC and Heating, , insulation etc. not found in older buildings, and although priced the same as apartments, you have your own front door, and neighbours only on 1 side as we are the end terrace.

Live locally and so are always on call if you were to have any problems during our stay

A very pleasant experience complimented by a very helpful owner

We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation was first class, the position was perfect for easy walking distance to the restaurants and sea front. The roof terrace was a very nice extra. We lived in Javea a few years ago and visited many time before and since and Casa Jack was by far and away the very best

Lovely place in a great location. But not a 5* experience

We had a wonderful stay at this place as the apartment is very nice, well stocked, very clean and the owners are very responsive and nice. Beautiful town with wonderful people. We rented this apartment for 3 weeks for an extended stay with our kids. Traveling from the US.

I have no complaints about the apartment, building or area itself. I did have a hard time with booking this apartment as they don't allow the option of paying thru VRBO which meant International Wire Transfers with a lot of fees incurred, which no longer made this apartment a good deal, probably between fees and bad bank exchange rates had to pay an extra $350. I wasn't aware of this till after I booked the property.

Another negative for us was the poor internet connection at the apartment. On some days we weren't even able to view Netflix which is the option they have for viewing shows. We were working while on vacation but had to go to internet cafes or other places with better connectivity as we couldn't send our emails. Just a note for those who need decent internet.
