A luxury modern ground floor apartment with 24hr security that overlooks the communal pool, fitted out with polished marble floors, vanity units in bathrooms, fully integrated modern kitchen and appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Full climate control throughout (hot & cold) Satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 with a selection of games to choose from and complimentary WI-FI.

The apartment has one king size bed in the bedroom and a very comfy super-king sofa bed with memory foam mattress the apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

The beach and sea ( Mar Menor ) are literally only a stone throw way and is home to ‘Spinosa Kite Bar‘, which has outdoor and indoor seating , serves food and drinks.

He you can sit and watch the kite surfers in action and soak up the sun.

The Mar Menor has a 7 km stretch of beautiful sandy beach lined with palm trees and a promenade perfect for walking, cycling or taking a seat and watching the world go by.

A 20 minute stroll from the apartment along the beach front will bring you to the new plaza of Los Alcazares where you will find a superb selection of restaurants offering international cuisine.

You have the choice of traditional Spanish or English food and drinks.

So why not stop and have a drink of ice cold cerveza and eat tapas at one of the many beach bars on route.

At the other end of the promenade is the old town with Encarnacion hotel dating back to 1904.

Lovely hidden courtyard garden which you must discover.

Great for drinks , snacks or an evening meal.

Plus just around the corner at the southern end of Los Alcazares is the marina where you can pop in for tapas and chill and watch the yachts & boats cruise by.

If Golf is your thing there are plenty of golf courses in the immediate area for you to enjoy.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex.

The apartment has air conditioning and wifi which is a fantastic feature, the apartment is in lovely condition the furniture is very good quality and not your normal pine set up.

The odd time we sat in we had an option of english tv which was good.

We explored along the beaches and up in the town and found the square which had every kind of cuisine you could imagine, supermarket at the top of the street and a great market there on a Saturday.

We will definitely look to use this apartment again great value and a lovely person Geri to deal with.

Modern clean and well positioned for beach. Fabulous A.C. which was needed. Secure apartment, well maintained pool and gardens. Geri was speedily responsive in dealing with the booking.

Lovely modern apartment

This was a lovely apartment modern clean and well equipped. Right next to the beach, it was ideal for the relaxing getaway my partner and I were looking for. Handy for the airport 5 minute taxi ride. The main square in los alcazeres was about 15 minute walk away there was a big selection of restaurants and bars. We hired bikes for the first week which was a great way to explore near by places also.

I would highly recommend this apartment owner and management delivered excellent customer service.

Care free holiday

Has all you need from a holiday rental... Care free holiday... I was the only person in the pool 4 days out of 7...nice walk on the front down into town which has all you need nice small bars and lots of places to eat... Would use again

Perfect October Break

We always try to get holiday accomodation that isn't too far away from the airport; this apartment is in an ideal location for us - only a 5 minute taxi ride from the San Javier airport.

The apartment is in a secure environment only a 2 minute walk to the beach front and the main promenade leading to Los Narejos and Los Alcazares.

The nearest supermarket, Dia, is in walking distance (less than 15 minutes). There is even a LIDL supermarket but that is a 'lidl' further on. The shopping trolley in the apartment was a real plus for the bigger shopping expeditions!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a really good selection of English speaking TV channels, a PS2 (with games) and some DVDs and CDs; plus a selection of paperbacks.

The pool was small but kept very clean.

This was our first holiday in Spain at this time of year and the weather did not disappoint!

Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 km long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and watersports enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times.

The fertile countryside (la huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather.

We have lived here for over three years and still love it !!
