About Sherry Sarintra
I am an Mid-Atlantic native born and raised in the Washington DC area, moved to Albany in 2011. As a daughter of two hospitality workers (a chef and housekeeper), I am attentive to the needs of my guests and aim to provide a comfortable stay in one of the best small towns by the Bay. I have spent time in other parts of the US too (Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas) and countries (Thailand, Sweden, France) and always appreciate meeting those who have traveled especially from far away. I live in the main house on the property. I am a Human Resources professional by day and enjoy gardening, cooking, hiking and reading during my off hours. I am delighted to share this unique private backyard cottage with my guests.

Why Sherry Sarintra chose Thousand Oaks
This cottage was built to be a fully independent stand-alone unit complete with all the amenities of a full size home. It's an open peaceful retreat located in the center of a walker's paradise.

The place is adorable and everything we needed was provided, including a few extras. Close to several small restaurants of all kinds. We especially liked Suzette Crepe Cafe for breakfast. Also, about 1 mile from BART (train/subway to San Francisco). Very easy to use and don’t have to worry about parking or traffic. Everything about the cottage is wonderful.
The cottage is lovely and roomy, quiet and private. Sherry has thought of everything guests need to be comfortable and to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend!
Clean and convenient.
Lemon Tree Cottage was sparkling clean, well-designed, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect place to explore the East Bay. Definitely recommend.
Great find in the East Bay of San Francisco
Highly recommend this immaculate, bright, spacious cottage with lovely outdoor area with picnic table (and 100+ year old lemon tree), close to restaurants on Solano, off street parking space. What more could you ask for?
Albany garden cottage
The cottage was welcoming, open, light and cheerful and was surrounded by a beautiful garden. The decor was thoughtful with great attention to detail. The location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants and shopping on Solano Ave. I hope to stay there the next time I visit Albany.
Light, Bright and Clean
Enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. Sherry is an ideal host, responds to texts promptly and so very kind to mail a personal item I left behind. Restaurants abound on San Pablo Ave. about a block away, along with a CVS and Safeway a short walk up the road. Would book again if in the area.
