This stunning villa popular for its views and larger pool area is a modern fully equipped 3 bedroom property, designed and fitted to a high standard. Whether you are coming friends or with children, we hope the extras of larger tiled pool area, pergola, comfortable furnishings,DVD's, child friendly facilities such as cot/stairgate/ high chair make it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with larger sized double beds, one on the ground floor. The third bedroom has twin beds upstairs. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite, one with a bath and each with spacious fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and hills, terrific to relax with a glass of wine and watch the stunning set.

25/10 comments on Questionnaire: Villa Attica is an excellent getaway. The villa is on the corner plot and you do not get overlooked, it is very private. The surrounding countryside is really nice to look out and we were really able to relax. The villa itself was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The balcony outside the master bedroom was really good to relax and watch the stars at night. Definitely hire a car because there are no real transport links and you do have to travel a few miles to the really good beaches. We would strongly recommend Mackenzie beach if you have children. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked on a colleagues recommendation and was not disappointed. Villa Attica is a superbly appointed property in a quiet rural location for a thoroughly enjoyable break. Great attention to detail in the décor, spotlessly clean on arrival and very comfortable beds and effective aircon. Pool was a dream! Versatile for families or just a group of adults looking to chill. The village is typically Cypriot, amazingly friendly and the old taverna a gem. No menu, cook to order and catered for veggies with ease, but no fish. Thursday night is kleftico night and not to be missed! The journey from Paphos was an easy drive and the location of the village

Picturesque, superb, tidy, relaxing and all we expected it to be 'Home from Home'.

We stayed from 10th-17th of March, 2016

Our stay was really wonderful and relaxing at the Villa Attica and wish we had stayed there a little longer.

The pool, garden, patio table with chairs and the sunbeds were a pleasure to relax and enjoy.

We had our own portable Sat-Nav which was a great help when visiting different places and travelling from airport to villa.

All facilities in the Villa were excellent and we will definitely recommend Villa Attica to our friends and family.

The owner was exceptionally good and provided us with all the help before, during and after our stay at the Villa.

Perfect villa for relaxing vacation

We booked Villa Attica for 2 week in July 2015. Our party included 4 adults and 3 small children and the villa was just perfect for us.

Location of the villa met our expectations; local village and local people. Location requires a car, though. We rented a car from Enterprise car rental, but I cannot recommend this by 100% (this is another story and not related to villa or HomeAway by any means).

The villa was clean and well-maintained. Pool water was kept cleaned and checked almost daily by local janitor / handyman Bert who was very helpful and willing to help us when needed.

Property owner responded fast to any questions we had. Biggest challenge was the detailed address of the villa (or lack of it) but taxi driver found the place without any big problems. Property owner provided us with a detailed map which solved the issue.

I can highly recommend this villa. Listing description was accurate and told us everything needed.

La maison la mieux située dans le lotissement.!

Située dans un lotissement tout neuf, nous avons eu la chance de ne pas avoir de voisins directs autrement les maison sont un peu les unes sur les autres mais celle ci est vraiment la mieux située. Louée pour 6 à 8 personnes elle est en réalité pour 6 avec un divan lit dans le salon. Autrement elle est très pratique. Il manque juste un lave vaisselle!

The Anafotida area

Anafotida village less that 5 minutes walk is a traditional Cypriot village with a newly revamped centre. It is mainly agricultural with local fresh produce of veg, fruit and crops and known for it's wildlife. It has a mini supermarket, cafes to relax and enjoy the village life, restaurants, local fresh kebabs, butcher and bank. Café Aman in the centre of the village provides traditional Cyriot food, freshly cooked, hosted by a husband and wife team, providing a warm welcome, known for their friendliness and reasonable prices. The surrounds of the villa are ideal for walking and hiking.

Mazotos the next village is just 2 km, just south is Mazotos beach, which provides sunbeds, umbrellas for hire, café and a new marina.

Just 5km to the north is the village of Anglisides, offering a wider selection of shops, fresh bakery, pharmacy, bank, butcher and cafes. Nearby are historic sites and traditional Cypriot entertainment..

Along the coast to the west, is the village of Zigi, with boating/fishing trips and seafood restaurants overlooking the seafront.

To the East on route to Larnaca city is Kiti village approx. 13km, has a good selection of shops, restaurants, a church dating to the 6th century eye catching for it's stone. Travelling on is Pervolia village with beach, café, traditional entertainment and cafes.

Larnaca city is just 20 minutes drive with a choice of routes from the scenic coastal old road to the main A and B roads. Larnaca with a vast selection of places of interest from Salt Lake, Museums, wide range of shops including Marks and Spensers and the Promenade on the seafront lined with cafes and restaurants.

The Larnaca Region

Larnaca enjoys a Mediterranean climate with abundance of sunshine year round. Summers have high temperatures and sea breeze, fantastic Spring weather and mild winters. The region has many beautiful beaches and traditional cypriot villages steeped in history, doted with monumental archaeology and culture. The new international airport is approx 15 minutes drive, with the a range of car hire and taxi services. The villa is ideally located, easy access to the airport and a central base to tour the region and the rest of the island. Just 5 minutes drive north or south are road networks linking, to the East is Limassol and Paphos, to the south is the coast, north is Nicosia and the north of the island and East to Aya Napa/Farmagusta region.

The villa nestles east of the stunning Troodoos region and just a short drive away. The area is a walker's and biker's paradise, cyclists travel to the region to train for it's range of terrain.

Nearby is the Camel park with a host of activities to spend the day. The area has a multitude of activities from playground and family parks, go carting, horse riding, birdwatching, scuba diving, snorkelling, diving, water sports, fishing, boat trips and cruises to Egypt.
