New minimalist villa 200 m from the beach and promenade of Ponent. 10 minutes from Port Aventura. 220 square meters built on two floors with a modern and spacious design. Sea, mountains and garden views from inside the house. WI-FI. Satellite TV (channels in German, French, English, Russian, etc.). Air conditioning in the four bedrooms. Centralized heating by water radiators. Outdoor and indoor security system. Supermarket at 200 m in high season. Urban bus at 100 m. Bikes rent at 50 m in high season.
Large living-dining room with exquisite decor, comfortable sofas, 42-inch TV with satellite connection, stereo and DVD player. Large kitchen with centre island and integrated breakfast table, showcase with full glassware, espresso coffee maker, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, hand blender, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Isolated double bedroom with wardrobe, king-size bed (150x190 cm) and bathroom with shower (90x90 cm). This bedroom is ideal for the elderly or families with babies. Laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Large diaphanous studio with sea and mountain views. Two large double bedrooms with wardrobes and two beds (90x190 cm) in each bedroom. Complete bathroom with bath tub (60x180 cm). Large suite composed of bedroom, complete bathroom, dressing room and terrace. The bathroom has a relaxing bath tub (70x180 cm) with side handles and hairdryer. The bedroom has a king-size bed (150x190 cm).

NOTES ABOUT PRICES
Reservation fee: 50% of total rental price by bank transfer. The remaining 50%: in cash on arrival (we don't accept credit cards) or by bank transfer 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit: € 500 per week in rates "Season" and € 650 per week in all other periods.
The bed linen are included in the price. The towels are not included in the price.
The electric consumption up to 100 KWH per week is included in the price (average electric consumption in stays of 7 nights).
The security system and wireless WI-FI are included in the price.
From 31st October 2016 to 1st April 2017 a plus for heating of € 7 per day will be charged.
The prices are for 8 people. Ask prices to the owner in case that the occupancy is higher than 8.
From 1st July to 25th August 2017, the villa is rented for complete weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.
Groups of youths are not admitted.
Hello!!! I am Noemi Carrasco. I speak Spanish, English and a little bit German, French and Russian. I will be glad to wellcome you in our holiday villa!!!
Noemi and Angel's house proved perfect for our golfing break. We were within 20 mins. drive of Lumine's 3 courses, Bonmont, and Reus Aiguesverds, about an hour to Panoramica and a little more to Mediterraneo. We particularly liked the space, perfect cleanliness, comfort and stylishness of the modern villa; the convenience of the well-equipped kitchen (we rarely ate out) and having 3 bathrooms; and the quiet situation. Dealing with the owners was straightforward - a delight.
One of our couples found the downstairs bed a bit uncomfortable; however, this must be regarded as a matter of preference, since M. and I liked ours. C and A also mentioned an unpleasant smell in their bedroom when they arrived - but this disappeared or became bearable. We can't say that we found many (any) TV programmes in either French or English; but we were able to watch the occasional film or American series in English by choosing the "in original language" option.
The Villa Avatar is located a comfortable driving distance of about an hour from Barcelona’s main airport. On arrival we were met by Noemi and Angel, who showed us around and went through everything with us. They told us about the local area, recommended places for eating out and food shopping and left us to settle in.
The Villa is very spacious and comfortable. There is a bedroom and a bathroom downstairs, just off the main sitting/dining area, which is perfect for a couple or small children if you don’t want them using stairs. The other three bedrooms, en-suite and a family bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can possible need to cook a nice meal at home, there is an outdoor BBQ oven, which got used everyday and plenty of wine glasses to enjoy the local wines and cava. There is a nice sitting area outside to enjoy lunch or dinner and a terrace to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are large umbrellas for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.
There were 7 of us staying at the villa, 5 adults and 2 children under 5. The property has an electronic gate and can easily accommodate two cars. We hired a VW Tiguan and Polo. Noemi and Angel provided a baby cot and a highchair for our little one. There is a garage just off the main living room which has a washing machine and an area outside for drying the washing. Every room is equipped with an air-conditioning unit for a comfortable good night sleep and has a built in mosquito nets.
The Villa is very secure with metal window shutters and a security alarm system which can be enable when you are out and during the night.
The location is fantastic – five minutes walk to a lovely family beech. There is an area on the beech which is slightly sheltered by the rocks and quite shallow for the little ones to splash around.
We did most of our food shopping in a local produce place which sells lots of fresh fruit, salad, fish, meat and wine.
We stayed two weeks, but are planning to be back. The location of the villa is perfect. You can always go exploring in the morning and go down to the beach in the afternoon. Being so close to the beach means that you can just pop down when you feel like it, and with children it is a big plus.
As for our hosts, Noemi and Angel are very friendly and helpful and were happy for us to contact them anytime
The checkout was very relaxed. We had a fantastic time and Villa Avatar is a spacious and comfortable holiday home.
We stayed at this villa for a month in September. It was three families with two children 2 and 3 y.o.
The villa is like on the photos and even better. We were afraid that there will be small area around the villa but it's large enough to have a rest and our children could play there safe. The interior is modern, it is very well equiped. We had everything we need.
The villa is located close to the beach which is not overcrowded. We really liked this location - it's quiet enough and you can reach everything you need by transport (trenet, bus are available). Car is recommended.
Owners are very friendly, sociable and polite. They gave us a lot of information about interesting places and events nearby. It was very pleasant to communicate with them.
We can recommend this Villa Avatar to our friends.
It's just like coming home to family. Comfortable and clean house with almost everything inside you need in a quiet urbanisation. If there was something which could be improved, it's the bedframe but overall the house is perfect. Money: Don't mind the deposit or if something went wrong with bank transfer. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis. Ruim huis, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. We verbleven hier met kleine kinderen, heel handig dat de tuin helemaal omheind is. Fijne tuin, goeie stoelen etc.
Locatie is ook ideaal, je loopt zo naar het strand en leuke speeltuin op loopafstand. In het dorp zijn ook meerdere speeltuinen.
Langs de boulevard lopen naar het dorp is mogelijk, ongeveer 20 minuten. Andere optie is fietsen huren en dan ben je er zo. Leuke route.
Dorp heeft veel goeie restaurantjes, leuke omgeving.
Het huis is erg groot en schoon. En de eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig an behulpzaam! Echt een aanrader.

The villa is located in La Dorada urbanization, a very quiet residential area at 2.5 km south of Cambrils centre.
The town of Cambrils is located in the heart of Costa Dorada and is one of the main tourist destinations in Catalonia, distinguished with the quality label “Family Holiday Destination”. Cambrils is known for its good climate, sun and beautiful and quiet beaches, but also for its culture, delicious seafood and traditional cuisine (is the gastronomic capital of Costa Dorada), nature, traditions and sports and nautical activities.
At 200 m from the villa are the beach, beach bars, play areas and the promenade that connects the villa to the centre of Cambrils and its exclusive sports and fishing port with a nice walk or cycling along the two-way bike path (bikes for rent at various points in Cambrils). Following the bike path you can reach Salou along the beautiful beaches of the coast. At only 900 m from the villa there is a resort where you can enjoy of pools, spa, restaurants and many other sport activities, after payment of the corresponding tickets.
At 100 m from the villa there are bus stops of Cambrils urban bus and of tourist train that connects the villa with Samà Park and other attractions in Cambrils during summer season and a bungalow complex characterized by a quality family clientele which has all amenities (supermarket, press, bars, restaurants, etc.) Cambrils train station is at 2 km.
The villa enjoys a strategic location and within easy distance and well connected by freeways with populations of interest. Roman Tarraco, World Heritage and one of the 7 wonders of Catalonia is at 20 km. The city of Reus, full of modernist buildings, shops with international brands and terraces and restaurants in the historic centre is at 15 km. Pineda Platja and Aquopolis water park are at 15 km. Salou, Port Aventura thematic park and Costa Caribe water park are at 10 km. The small villages of Priorat, where the greatest wines of Catalonia and Spain are born are at 30 km. Ebro Delta, nature park where coexist marshlands, rice fields, sandy beaches, flamingos and many animal and plant species, is at 45 km. Medieval monasteries of the Cister route are at 30 km. And finally, just an hour away is the cosmopolitan Barcelona, internationally known for its many sights (Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Rambla y Raval, Barrio Gótico, etc.), its shopping areas and the famous Camp Nou, home of FC Barcelona football team.
