Maravilla 4112 is in a family resort located in the Destin/South Walton resort area on Miramar Beach in the Florida Panhandle's Emerald Coast. in front of a Beach

This premier vacation resort is located on over 30 acre site with a huge private beach for guests.

Our unit is an extra convenient ground floor unit that is the closest unit to the pool and hot tub as well as clubhouse, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court and shuffleboard court. For those with children a convenient play area is right outside their patio.

Our private beach is only a few steps away and has free daily beach service including two chairs and umbrella imid-March-October 31st.

You can get away from the hustle and bustle of home at this relaxing paradise and still stay connected to the internet via wireless router

Great place

A very nice condo inside and out. It is centrally located between the beach and pool/tennis area which made it nice and convenient. The condo owner is readily available to assist and or help at any given moment. I needed to talk to the owner to clarify the condo's reservation of beach chairs. He answered immediately and took care of the situation. We had beach chairs and excellent service daily. I would recommend this condo.

Very nice condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo is very clean and up to date. Very close to the pool!! My kiddos loved it!! Would definitely recommens!!

Bugs

It was a very nice updated condo. No complaints on anything except there were bugs a roach about 1 1/2 inches long and centipedes. I would suggest that you have an exterminator come in and take care of the problem or a smoke bomb other than that our stay was wonderful.

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable unit, close to great restaurants and beach. The bed was super comfy. They even had 2-ply toilet paper which most places scrimp on!
