This oceanfront condo, in Polo Beach Club was remodeled in the summer of 2015.

Huge kitchen overlooking the ocean! Two Lanais! One off the Living room/Master bedroom and another off the guest bedroom. Views from the lanais take in Polo Beach, the Fairmont Kea Lani, the island of Lanai and Haleakala! Listen to the ocean surf lap on the beach while you sleep! A KING bed in the Master, a QUEEN in guest room with an EXTRA twin bed!

Pets are NOT allowed. No Smoking in and around the complex.

New 50 inch smart tv w/ surround sound, Blu-Ray DVD and I-Pod docking station. Newer washer/dryer & new dishwasher & cook top. New water heater! Free WIFI wireless high speed internet! 46 inch Flat Screen in Master bedroom. New window coverings!

Herb garden and barbecue area add to the pleasure of cooking outdoors! Lots of golf courses nearby!

We are at the beginning of a mile and a half walking path on the ocean.

Best of Maui

One of the best all around locations in Maui. Beachfront, great sunsets, access to everything. Polo beach is fabulous, the beachwalk is the best on Maui and the snorkeling is fantastic. The condo is fabulous, the kitchen has everything you could want or need and the sunset views are fantastic, I took around 1,000 sunset pictures...those Maui sunsets are like nothing else. Monkeypod Kitchen and their fabulous happy hour and the mall are just up the street. We stay in Kaanapali for the first week, but save this condo for the last week, cannot beat the peace and tranquility of Wailea to end your Maui vacation. Always sad to leave though, will definitely be back.

Beautiful, quiet, cozy beachfront condo

This was a perfect location all around. It was near the big hotels so walking distance from nice restaurants but far enough away that it still feels private, quiet and relaxing. The beach out front is spacious and not crowded. We enjoyed snorkel swims each morning and saw beautiful fish and sea turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a nice meal in.

Just what we were hoping for.

We enjoyed unit 609 very much. The interior was very nicely decorated and current. The kitchen was the best equipped I have seen. The unit itself is on the street side of the building but that really does not take away from the view. The ad picture of the lanai is accurate and beautiful, you just do not get the panoramic to the left (south) but still a very beautiful view. The beach is fabulous, big enough for lists of room but not busy. the beach infant of the Fairmont is adjoining this beach, as well this is the south end of the Wailea Beach walk which is beautiful.

Communication with Shelly was great and she was very accommodating.

Would book 609 again without any hesitation.

Great Wailea getaway

A lovely upgraded condo in a spectacular Maui setting!. Extremely comfortable and thoughtfully laid out living areas. Very well equipped kitchen. Also much appreciated was the great washer & dryer! A lanai with ocean views to take in the gorgeous Maui sunsets. Steps from Polo Beach and the pool make it perfect. Go to sleep at night with the sound of the waves lapping the shore and awaken to the birds singing.. It's a Maui paradise!
