Our cozy, historic brick home is fully updated with large wrap around porch, recently remodeled deck - right by the river and next to all the action of Newport & downtown Cincinnati! Bellevue is a hidden gem and our home sits on the corner of the historic Taylor district. Enjoy a short walk to the main strip, lined with eclectic coffee shops, bistros, candy emporium, Schneider's ice-cream, boutiques and our personal favorite right around the corner, Darkness Brewing! Or enjoy a night on the deck patio, right off the kitchen, with comfortable seating, cafe lights & grill.
3 Bedrooms each with a QUEEN size bed - Beds sleep groups of 6. Additional room (2-3 people) may be available on plush leather sofa, for travelers that don’t mind a sofa as their bed. (Very comfy - sofa reclines 3 ways, always preferred over air mattress. Blankets and pillows provided for sofa sleepers)
Uber/Lyft takes 5min to get across the bridge to downtown cincy or nearby Covington/Newport area. Plenty of walkable restaurants and bars within 1/2 mile from the house.
Guests have access to all of first and second level (excludes locked storage room) and all outdoor amenities. High-Speed WiFi, full range of kitchen, bathrooms, patio space, grill, fire pit, and electronics (Apple TV & Bluetooth Surround Sound). Laundry available for long-term stays.
**Apple TV should be logged in or you can use your own. Purchases are not allowed when using our accounts. We are not able to provide login information if an account gets logged out so it's best to have your own.
Guest can enjoy *young living aria diffuser* with numerous scented oils, relaxing sounds, and music (via auxiliary cable) for the most relaxing nights sleep.
Guests provided with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. There may also be toothbrushes and razors available when we have the supplies (not guaranteed).
Guests can enjoy jetted tub. If bubbles & eucalyptus Epsom bath salts are available you may use them (not guaranteed).
55" LED TV Equip with Apple TV & Bluetooth stereo to play while hosting guests. You'll need to be somewhat technically savvy to use the electronics.
-please do not re-wire or unplug anything and under no circumstances can the router be reset without taking to us about it.
Hairdryer and fresh towels available for use.
Outdoor space - enjoy full amenities of grill, grill supplies, over-sized umbrella, outdoor furniture & fire pit. Please use the grill cover and don't let fires smolder over night.
