If you can bring yourself to leave the Dock, then 'City' alone has so many things to visit. Many people think it is called 'The City' because it is the financial district, which is true - but it is actually called 'The City of London' because it is the ORIGINAL City of London.

This square mile is where it all began! You have an exciting mixture of old and new right next to each other! If it were a country it would be the 14th richest country in the world!

Tower Hill Tube Station (circle and district line)

Just exit the Marina and you will see it ! !

Just 6 stops (NO CHANGE) from Kings Cross International Train Station

ideal for Paris and Brussels.

Aldgate East Tube (Circle and District Line)

Monument Tube and Whitechapel Tube to name a few!

Buses stop in front of The Tower Of London (including the old fashioned hop on and hop off bus) and the main Bus Terminal is just across the Road at Aldgate Bus Terminal

There is also a passenger Boat (Thames Clipper) and plenty of Tourist Boats just

outside the Marina.

This is the simply Stunning st Katharine Docks!

It is hard to believe you are in the Centre of London next to The Tower Bridge and Tower of London plus all of The Riverside icons, because St Katharine Dock is so quiet.

You are also surrounded by nature! You can not hear any sirens or loud bars because it is secluded. It is central - quiet and safe, it ticks all of the boxes!

This is a very rare opportunity to stay here... chances like this do not happen very often !!

You can see The Tower Bridge' from your balcony and to the right is the City of London Skyline.. which is where London began!

Ruhige Wohnung mit toller Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11J + 13 J ) waren 5 Tage in London. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dafür dass Sie in Laufweite (5 min) zur Tower Bridge liegt.

Ein releativ großer Waitrose Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Zur Towerhill Station (Underground und Bus) läuft man max. 10 min. Von dort kommt man sehr gut zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von Tower Hill Bus Station starten mit der Linie 15 auch noch die alten roten Busse.

Die Vermieterin hat auch eine kleine Garage, die Sie ebenfalls vermietet und angefragt werden kann.

Mike der Manager hat uns regelmäßig und sehr schnell informiert. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Simply a Great Holiday Let

Unbeatable view from the flat. Even better sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea or at night when Tower Bridge and the Shard are lit up--you never want to leave! It's a very peaceful place to unwind after tackling London all day. Convenient to grocery shopping, to the tube or bus or even river taxi which I used several times. Very clean, very safe with good lighting in the building so no worries when coming home late. The flat has everything you need to make your stay feel like home and the manager is available if you need anything. The Dock is a super place to be; besides the view, the atmosphere, there are several nice restaurants where you can eat or sit with an apertif or have breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great views, very well situated, amazing place

The flat is very well situated in London, near Tower Hill Station with great views of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

St. Katharine´s Docks is a nice and quiet place to stay. We found different restaurants around the docks for dinner (italian, indian, french, cafes...).

If you like running, this is the right place to start a race close the Thames, from the Tower of London till the Big Ben, a beatiful way to visit the city.

The flat is perfect if you only need it to sleep and have a breakfast, because is small for four people to stay for so long. We also had oyster cards to use and a telephone available.

The owner is a very friendly person who was concerned all the time for our comfort.

What a view, tower bridge and the shard.

As above fantastic view, especially at night. Clean comfortable apartment with everything you may need. Handy for tube for central London and river trips, walking distance to Tower and the Shard. Lots of nice cafes restaurants nearby also Waitrose just across the road . Would recommend for however long you may be staying.

Great location and Superb host

The apartment is situated on St. Katharine's Dock, a lovely, picturesque area with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Tower Hill underground and it has a Waitrose grocery located across the street.

The apartment itself was incredibly clean and decently appointed. It was comfortable and modern.

The star of the show is the property manager. He is organized, kind, and clear. I had no stress about the stay thanks to his time and effort. Working with him is a dream.

I would recommend this property to single traveler or a couple without hesitation.
