Great views, very well situated, amazing place

  • 5 of 5

The flat is very well situated in London, near Tower Hill Station with great views of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

St. Katharine´s Docks is a nice and quiet place to stay. We found different restaurants around the docks for dinner (italian, indian, french, cafes...).

If you like running, this is the right place to start a race close the Thames, from the Tower of London till the Big Ben, a beatiful way to visit the city.

The flat is perfect if you only need it to sleep and have a breakfast, because is small for four people to stay for so long. We also had oyster cards to use and a telephone available.

The owner is a very friendly person who was concerned all the time for our comfort.

Thanks for everything Mike!!

Great location and Superb host

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is situated on St. Katharine's Dock, a lovely, picturesque area with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Tower Hill underground and it has a Waitrose grocery located across the street.

The apartment itself was incredibly clean and decently appointed. It was comfortable and modern.

The star of the show is the property manager. He is organized, kind, and clear. I had no stress about the stay thanks to his time and effort. Working with him is a dream.

I would recommend this property to single traveler or a couple without hesitation.

Great view

  • 3 of 5

We could hardly ask for a better view from our flat. We could easily view Tower Bridge and the Shard from not only the balcony but also from the living room. From a purely personal level, we prefer a dedicated vacation apartment, not one where we are surrounded by the owners belongings.

Mike , the apartment manager, and the lady who checked us in and out could not have been more helpful. We had trouble with the wifi going in and out and Mike patiently walked us through getting it reconnected. The ad said that there would be oyster cards and phones there which were not. However, that was not a problem for us because we had our own.

i would recommend this flat with the renter knowing you will be in the midst of lots of personal belongings.

Fantastic location! Beautiful and convenient!

  • 4 of 5

The location is wonderful. Short walk to Tower Hill tube station, as well as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and the Thames boats. The docks are quiet and really lovely. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk, and a grocery store just across the street, which was fantastic. The flat is small but has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen. The view of Tower Bridge and the Shard (especially at night!) is beautiful.

The property manager, Mike, was great to work with from beginning to end. The entire process was easy and comfortable, all of my questions were answered quickly. Mike set up our car service to and from Heathrow as well, and our driver was fantastic. Great customer service all the way.

Cote and Strada are two restaurants located at the docks that were fantastic, we went several times for the convenience and great food. I also highly recommend taking a boat down the Thames from St Katharine's Pier (just near Tower Bridge) down to Greenwich, it's a great ride and Greenwich is beautiful.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in London and were very happy with everything.
