47 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. Why juan luis pantoja chose Guillena
The apartment is very nice and confortable. It is equiped whit all you can have in your own house. Silent, calm but right in the heart of the town where all the commercial area, restaurants, supermarket are. It is very important for me to make tenants feel as at home and that is at the end, the most important thing.
What makes this Apartment unique
Very quiet surroundings, wide and sunny house, very good restaurants arround, close to downtown Seville (20 minutos until parked) by free highway. Nice private patio and private terrace with a great solarium. Extremelly well equiped and well accoinditionated cold and hot. A lot to do and see at the area. Nice furnitures. wifi and satel tv. I live very close so i am always at your disposal.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Great location for Seville and surrounding area.
A very enjoyable week in this apartment which was well-equipped, clean and well-located for connections to the motorway. Juan Luis was very helpful and made some great suggestions for visits in Andalucia. We really enjoyed Seville and Granada with the Alhambra palaces but also a quieter day in Aracena with the wonderful caves. The apartment has a nice, well-equpped kitchen, but we ended up eating out every day as the local restaurants were very good and comfortingly inexpensive compared to many other european destinations!
There is a very nice rooftop space, but the weather during our stay was not the warmest or driest! so we didn't make as much use of it as we would have liked.
There is so much to see and do in this area that a week is really just a 'taster'. We have decided that we will have to return to do 'Andalucia Part 2' in the future.
Dear Couple, thank you so much for your extend review. I am really happy to know you have enjoy that much. I hope to see you back soon. Best regards, Juan luis and river
Superb apartment in quiet Andalusian town
An excellent, well equipped apartment in a quiet Andalusian town. Spacious and the roof terrace great for reading and relaxing in the sun. Close to Seville and we took the local bus in on two occasions (only 4 euro's for the two of us) and much easier than driving. Seville full of history. Great place to visit. We were there during Easter week and saw some of the Semana Santa parades. Juan Luis was very kind and helpful especially in helping me sort out medical paperwork after my accident and hospital stay the previous week. He also recommended many interesting places in the locality to visit. We would recommend the apartment and like to return at a future date
Many thanks Juan
Excellent apartment to explore Seville and south west Spain
The best VRBO we had in Spain. The little town is pure SPAIN with lots of great little places to eat. We were given lots of ideas on things to do and places to see both in Seville and the surrounding area. Wish we could have stayed longer.
A quiet place with a nice terrace.
Absolutely wonderful and spacious apartment with everything you could need or want
Awesome owner, perfect communication
Bar Lola is awesome! Great tapas for a very low price!
The house is well equiped and spacious, super well maintained and looked after
The house is easy to get to by car, ride to Sevilla downtown or the airport approximately 25 Minutes. Enough parking in the street available, super safe.
Though very short, I enjoyed my stay
The accommodation is as described and pictured. It was little more rustic than we had expected,(we had friends visit us and with the 4 of us being English the back to back toilets, although in separate rooms you could not escape the knowledge someone else was behind the glass wall) There was a shortage of drinking mugs, but that again is an English thing .......cups of tea.
The solarium is the main feature of the property, being able to eat al fresco throughout the day is a real bonus.
Dear Paul, Thank you for your tips. I have manage to put something at the toilet and took care about that muge. I am glad that you enjoyed and hope to see you back. Best regards, juan luis
Very cool apartment!!! Close to Seville, local Tapas !!!
Owner was very nice and helpful, wish I had more time. + a place to park my motor cycle !!!
Thank you for your comments. Hope to see you back soon. Best regards, Juan luis
The town has only 980 persons so it is very litle and quiet, although has all the services anyone might need. Even a golf court of 18 holes really cheap at just 500 meters. It is by free motorway A66 at 12 miles from downtown Seville.
From Las Pajanosas you can eassily go to Seville centre in just 15 minutes (i will tell you where to park with no problem and free parking), you can visit Cordoba, Granada, Arcos, jerez, Cadiz and many other places that i will recommend you. Restaurants, tapas bar, night places and so on, i will give you plenty information about all these.
you can park the car in front of the house without any problem. Las Pajanosas is very well-known for its gastronomy. Seven¡ ¡¡ restaurants in town. Two supermarkets, pharmacy, medical care, bank, Tourist office, and so on.
The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within one hour driving.
Very interesting to go to Aracena and visit its Grottes (caves), castle, and the town. Visit El castillo de las Guardas (animal reserve) and the town of Rio Tinto (visit its mines and museum). Also, the town of Zufre, Italica (romans) and its restaurants. I will provide plenty information of all these for you to enjoy your staying as much as possible.
