We just returned from our 15th year renting 67 Hoyts Lane from Mike and as usually it was fabulous. The location and amenities can't be beat. Every year Mike makes improvements to his property to make the stay better. You just can't find a better location with an easy walk to the beach, downtown and all of the opportunities that Ogunquit has to offer. This really can be just pull in the driveway and park the car for the entire stay. We have signed up for year 16 so I'd say we are extremely happy with this property and Mike as your host.

Summertime, and the living is easy!

What a perfect spot for a family vacation! The layout of the house and the great proximity to the beach worked very well for exploring Ogunquit with our daughters and their families. The place is well equipped and nicely furnished for holiday living. Michael is a very gracious host. We hope to be back again soon.

A perfect gem!

This gem of a house is in a fabulous location! A quick walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to the center of town with all the fabulous shops and restaurants you could want. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath layout includes a full kitchen, which is great for our family, as we cook almost all of our meals there. We make use of the propane grill, as well, and the washer and dryer is a great convenience, especially when the kids and grandkids visit! The deck boasts some awesome water views.

The owner is quick to respond to any questions, and we have always found the house clean and in great shape, ready for us to enjoy our stay!

Great Location

We had a wonderfully, relaxing stay at this property. There is lots of room. We had more rain than sun, but inside was cozy. There are some views from the upper windows out to the ocean, and the property is very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday in the summertime.

Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Perfect location. Would book again!

The house is pleasant and cozy. Could use a new coat of paint here and there. All in all, I'd recommend the place!
