A perfect gem!

This gem of a house is in a fabulous location! A quick walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to the center of town with all the fabulous shops and restaurants you could want. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath layout includes a full kitchen, which is great for our family, as we cook almost all of our meals there. We make use of the propane grill, as well, and the washer and dryer is a great convenience, especially when the kids and grandkids visit! The deck boasts some awesome water views.

The owner is quick to respond to any questions, and we have always found the house clean and in great shape, ready for us to enjoy our stay!

Great Location

We had a wonderfully, relaxing stay at this property. There is lots of room. We had more rain than sun, but inside was cozy. There are some views from the upper windows out to the ocean, and the property is very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday in the summertime.

Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Perfect location. Would book again!

The house is pleasant and cozy. Could use a new coat of paint here and there. All in all, I'd recommend the place!

Great location & lots of room to enjoy it

We so enjoyed being in Michael's well cared for home over Easter week. He was very helpful when we had a question, & allowed us to have our son's dog stay with us, which made us all smile. I hosted Sunday dinner & the kitchen was very well appointed for 17 guests! I did bring my big roasting pan for 25 pounds of ham. & extra silverware from home. Lots of serving bowls, platters, glassware & utensils made for a great family gathering. The home had a clean, fresh scent that welcomed us, & the beds are comfy with lots of pillows & blankets. We feel very lucky to have found such a great spot with a kind & gracious owner.

The Location can't be beat!

The perfect house for a getaway for a group of longtime friends. Walking distance to the beach, town and the Marginal Way, and close enough to outlet shopping. Enough seats at the table and in the living room for all seven of us. Not super clean so take that into account if that's important to you.
