Family friendly, self catering holiday home, close to the beach and Holetown. Pavilion Grove is an exclusive, gated development of six detached villas, each with their own private plunge pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Situated just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Glitter Bay Hotel and the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel on the fabulous West Coast of Barbados, in the parish of St James.

No 3 Pavilion Grove offers approximately 2,000 sq ft of living space, fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished.

The villa has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and the remaining 3 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. They are equipped with hair dryers and have en suite bathrooms – with the exception of the ground floor bedroom for which the bathroom is next door.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a double sized futon which can sleep two. It has a large shower room.

The second and third bedrooms have double beds and shower rooms.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has twin beds, the bathroom is next door.

The living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room are all on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday cooking and dining. The living room is complete with Cable TV, DVD player and is air conditioned with ceiling fans. The living room opens onto a terrace both at the side and the front of the villa. To the side there is a sun deck with a large plunge pool, BBQ and sun loungers
