About Mary Anderson
This property is locally owned by a lifelong Savannah resident and managed by Mary Anderson with Savannah Luxury Rentals. Enjoy staying in a home that is recently renovated and cared for by both the owner and the manager.
Why Mary Anderson chose Beach Institute
Savannah's Historic District is a one square mile area in which there are diverse homes from mansions to cottages to high rises. We are famous for being a walking city and this little cottage is such an easy place to call home!
What makes this Cottage unique
Parking is free on the street! While it is first come first served you will find it is rarely necessary to park even as far away as a hotel room door from a typical hotel parking lot. This is a laid back residential part of downtown where you will not have to fight for a spot.

Great Little Cottage
This is a great place to stay if ever you visit Savannah! Very clean and updated. There was a small problem with sugar ants but all and all a great place to stay I would definitely recommend it!
Great location for a reasonable price. Walking distance to many historic places.
First time Savannah visit
We loved the city and Tybee Island. The sweet little house was exactly as stated in listing - very clean with all amenities. The entire property is fenced and we felt comfortable letting our small dog into the back yard. The neighborhood was quite and very close to downtown Savannah. Parking was free and never an issue during our 4 day stay.
Cute and Convenient
The house was cute and convenient to the entire historic district.
Awesome Place To Stay
I absolutely loved the place. The property manager was awesome. Will definitely stay again.
This unit was very nice, and convenient to the entire historic district. The patio was beautiful with very large elephant ears. Highly recommended.
You can walk to multiple restaurants, shops, museums, one large downtown supermarket (Kroger) and several small local food stores from this location, all within one mile of the cottage. There is also a Farmer's Market in Forsyth Park on Saturdays. Forsyth Park is like the central park of downtown Savannah and boasts a nice public tennis court and a basketball court. Less than 7 miles away from this downtown area you will find a mall, public golf course, 2 major hospitals, 3 movie theaters and other major shopping center stores such as Target and Publix.
