Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and many great resturants with-in walking distance!!! Each floor has 12 condos that is served by 4 Hi speed elevators. All quest have reserved covered parking in joining parking garage. This unit is professionally decorated and is a platinum rated accommodations--everything you could possibly need toshare a wonderful family vacation.
In the Great Room you will find a sofa that makes into a queen size bed-- The TV is a large flat screen hanging on the wall. The patio doors that open to the Gulf!!! A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the Dining area over looking the gulf. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass doors to the balcony.
In the Master Bathroom you will have a large walk-in closet,private toilet and a Huge dual head shower.
The master bedroom has a 36 inch flat screen tv.
The 2nd bedroom has coordinated bed linens,furnishings, and bath accessories. A queen size bed is dressed with custom linens. Also has a flat sceen tv.
A large utility room with a full size washer&dryer is also available for your convenience.

The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $20 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

A little confusion checking in but we had a great time! Condo was well equipped and very organized. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels! The view from the balcony is incredible! Very convenient location and friendly staff! Would definitely come back!
This was a great condo. It was more like we were staying in someone's home than in a rental. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and utensils. The decor in the condo was very up to date and tasteful; beautiful and not overwhelming. Loved having a glass storm door on the entrance door. The only condo complaint was the clothes dryer was painfully slow. It was nice to have enough seating for every one to be in the living room together or dining together.
As far as the complex, unloading and loading during peak times is a bit of a challenge. It took forever to get an elevator but at least we didn't have a problem finding a luggage cart. The beach front is not very deep which can be an issue as far as how much beach space you have.
This is now our top choice condo for off season beach visits. We prefer lower density complexes for peak season.
The unit was just what we expected from the pictures and reviews. Very open and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was oversized which was a bonus. The only thing I didn't like about the unit was the storm door. The pin on the closure kept coming loose and when it was in the door really closed on you quickly. In 33 years at the beach as a married couple we've never seen another storm door at a condo. That being said we would certainly look to stay here again.
We absolutely loved condo 1702, it was nice, clean and absolutely beautiful views. We highly recommend this condo. Richard was great at responding to emails, surprisingly quicker than I expected, due to previous places we had stayed. This was our 1st stay at Treasure Island and we will be coming back!!
This condo is absolutely beautiful. Tresure island was a fabulous place to vacation. We truly enjoyed every minute. We will be staying again soon!
