The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within a secure gated complex, just on the outskirts of Gordon’s Bay town centre. The complex has its own private solar heated swimming pool, as well as a squash court and tennis court. The beautifully presented, newly renovated apartment is just a 2 minute walk from the beach. The front patio overlooks a private park and the rear patio is part of the private walled garden with mountain views. There are two double bedrooms (one with a queen size bed) and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). There is a large open plan lounge/dining area/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The TV has full DSTV programs (inclusive in rental price). There is also an i-pod/i-phone/mp3 docking speaker system. Wi-Fi available.

Gordon’s Bay is a small idyllic harbour town on the eastern edge of False Bay which has become a popular holiday destination for South African and overseas visitors alike. The area has ample restaurants and shops, with Somerset Mall only 10 minutes away and Cape Town itself is just 40 minutes away. It is on the edge of the Stellenbosch wine route which starts in Somerset West just a short drive away. To the south, over Sir Lowry's Pass, is Hermanus, famous for whale watching, whilst Gordon’s Bay and False Bay have their fair share of whale sightings. Cape Town’s international airport is only 30 minutes away.

A deposit of 50% of rental amount is payable to secure booking and balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival date. The deposit is not fully refundable unless cancellation is more than 45 days before arrival. Thereafter, the refund is calculated as follows:
50% if cancelled 30 - 44 days prior to Check-in Date
25% if cancelled 21 – 29 days prior to Check-in Date
No refund if less than 21 days
