4+ bedroom, 2+ bath home with a view In the heart of Lancaster County Amish
About Wayne Homsher
Our roots In Lancaster County date back to Hans Herr, Benedict Brackbill, Hans Groff and other early Anabaptist settlers in Lancaster County. A recent work opportunity has temporarily taken us elsewhere allowing us to share a home that we love with others visiting the area.
Wayne Homsher purchased this House in 1996
Why Wayne Homsher chose Ronks
We purchased our home to raise our family among large extended family and friends. Our kids grew up playing with Amish neighbors, which gave them a special understanding of their "way"(culture) and a strong understanding and appreciation of hard work and family.
What makes this House unique
This property has the beauty of a rural farm area while being close enough to many of the attractions and economic opportunities that a more urban environment would provide. For us it has been a home with fantastic neighbors in a beautiful area. After traveling and returning home, we are always amazed by the beauty of the area. The view from the house is one of the best!

Fantastic home - Can't say enough good things about this VRBO
Our family of seven adults had a wonderful time at this home. Beautiful inside and out. Landscaping was beautiful, the home immaculate, wonderful outside lounging area, furnishings lovely. What more can you want. Convenient to so many things in the area but quiet neighborhood. Enough acreage that you felt like you were the only ones around.
We will definitely stay here again if in the area. The communication with owner was perfect. You'll enjoy your stay.
Thank you Wayne.
Thank you Wayne and Lori for sharing your beautiful home. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt relaxed. We really appreciated your gardens (we all share the passion) and every evening sat out on the back patio, we loved the fire pit. Mornings we sat on the beautiful front porch with our coffee and enjoyed the amazing views. Being so close to everything was fabulous. Lydia, your neighbor was truly a delight. We would recommend your place in a heartbeat, and hope to return. thank you again !
House was beautiful. The owner is great, he responds to emails right away. He is very helpful. I look forward to staying at this house again.
Wonderful stay will be back !!
Our family getaway was perfect at this house. Wayne and Lydia were very responsive and provided us with a lot of information. The house is very clean, big, and had everything you needed. Will be back again. Thanks for an unforgettable family getaway!
Immaculate with a view!
Everything we needed
Amazing views over the farmlands
Beautiful place to stay
Very clean, everything was in working order, easily accommodated our group, lovely view and sunsets. Our particular group could have used a TV in the great room on the shelf facing the kitchen but we managed. Highly recommend staying here.
