EntreRealty,LLC purchased this House in 2014
Why EntreRealty,LLC chose Greenville
Greenville was once a textile mill town where there were over 15 textile mills located in the heart of the city. This house is located in the Brandon Mill neighborhood. Brandon Mill has become one of Greenville's hallmark revitalization projects due to over 20 million dollars being invested into Brandon Mill in order to return it to its original grandeur. The Art District is what this area is now being called due to the many art studios now located on Pendleton Street. There is also a revitalization of buildings on Pendleton Street which now contains beautiful murals on the exterior walls. Although there is still a lot of word to be done in this area, the Art District is one of the fastest growing areas that Greenville has to offer!

Great stay; great location!
We enjoyed our stay here and definitely appreciated Conoly’s attentive responses, communication, recommendations, and availability.
Beautiful, happy little home in a quiet neighborhood
We loved staying here. The location is great and the house is well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.
cozy, clean, comfortable
very livable. antique furniture. working kitchen and equipment,. plenty of storage area. close to town location. the house and water heaters worked well. we enjoyed the deck area.
no directions for clean up were given, but we did our best to leave the place tidy and clean.
Close to downtown Greenville
Plenty of room for our dog to be outside. A quick ride to downtown
Neighborhood was not nice. Did not feel safe.
Yards had chain link fence in the front yard and several had pitbulls.
It's unfortunate to have guests who are very closed minded leave such negative feedback. We are sorry that Elizabeth did not like it. We take safety very seriously and always make sure that guests safety is our top concern. This area has had zero safety issues and at no point has any guest had any incident which would indicate otherwise. Many guests have loved staying in this great home and we hope you give it a chance!
The neighbor in reference with the pit bulls owns a pit bull rescue and fosters abused animals while they are being placed in new homes.
This neighborhood is gentrifying and there are currently the city of Greenville is investing tens of millions of dollars of of infrastructure into West Greenville. Many new businesses and young families are investing here in this area because they believe in all that has to offer. Is it completely there yet? No! It does take time and we ask for your patience. There are some of the best restaurants, shops, and art studios which have opened here. Because of the many people who do believe in the "Village", top restaurants such as Golden Brown and Delicious, the Kate Furman art studio, Tipsy Taco, The Anchorage, Growler Haus, Vintage Chic, and many more are within walking distance of this home. We believe in this area so much that we live here too!
We hope we get the chance to show you all that this area has to offer! See you soon!
Better than expected, would not want to stay anywhere else
Let me first start with saying that from moment I booked this property, my experience with Conoly was first class. She is wonderful with communicating all the details of the property and she walks you through how you will have access to the property and all the neat things located in the surrounding area. Anyone who rates this property less than 5 stars doesn't know what they are talking about.
This property is an up and coming area, and I feel that it is wonderfully priced for being so close to the "Village." The Village is where there are awesome restaurants like Golden Brown and Delicious, The Anchorage, and the new music venue hosted by Tipsy Taco as well as beautiful art galleries on Pendelton street. If you are looking for a fabulous Coffee Shop, the Village grind is quaint and the drinks are delicious.
Let's talk about how great this property is for a minute: The antiques in the house are straight from Europe and like nothing else you will find in the states especially a rental home, where most owners furnish with low quality pieces from IKEA. The pieces include a beautiful oak buffet with hand cut glass, original Singer sewing machines in their original tables, a "Bread basket" where German women would use the top of the table to knead the dough and then place the dough in the "Basket" underneath, along with several Persian rugs that are beautiful and handmade. There is even an antique hand truck in the bathroom. I love antiques and I have never seen one in such good condition as this. You won't find these at the Hilton or Hyatt! The sheets were super soft and Conoly is generous enough to provide more towels than anyone could possibly need. I forgot my toiletries at home and was going to go to the store but after arriving, but once I arrived I realized that Conoly was generous enough to provide just about anything I needed; Toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, razors, and laundry detergent. Again, who does this? Conoly does!
Finally, the side porch was so nice to sit and relax at the end of the day. Conoly is generous to provide not only a grill, but briquettes and cookware for guests! There are handmade Adirondack chairs which gave us a great place to sit at the beginning or end of the day.
If you don't book with Conoly, you run the risk of not having a 5 star experience. I feel that I got an amazing value for my money and I was in a place of luxury and generosity while only a short distance from downtown.
Wow Matt! That is too kind but we really appreciate your review. We strive to make our properties better every day and we put a lot of attention into making sure every detail is focused on making YOU, the customer, feel as if their expectations are exceeded. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
