Renovated house in an old building with excellent location in the historic center of Lisbon.

Located between the neighborhoods of Alfama, Castelo and Graça, the house benefits of being located in the famous route 28 tram, a tram that takes you through Lisbon crossing the city's most iconic and picturesque places.

A great starting point for your stay and that will bring you home at the end of the day to enjoy a cool drink or a coffee on the roof overlooking the river, or on the back patio.

You'll be 5-10 minutes from major transport lines and the nightlife of the city, without losing the charm and quietness of old neighborhoods.

The house is furnished with the essentials. 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV room and dining table, full bathroom and kitchen.

Lemon tree when you open your window ...

Fabulous location , great , spacious apartment , very nice and helpful owner ( thank you Bruno ) , amazing atmosphere , beautiful view from the roof, close to the shops and restaurants, unique tramway 28 stops literally on the door of the place ...I could write more and more...just the positive remarks . Isn't it a perfect invitation ?

The best place to stay in Lisbon

The apartment is really nice - even better than described here on the pictures.

We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children.

The landlord is very helpful and fast responding to e-mails, text messages etc.

The apartment is located in the heart of Alfama with the tram 28 passing just outside the doors!

It was a lovely place to rest after visiting a lovely city!

I hope I'll have a chance to be there again :)

Im Herzen der Stadt

Diese schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung liegt in Graca, an der Grenze zur Alfama, da die Räume nach hinten liegen, schläft man sehr ruhig. Die Räume sind modern und mit allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine schöne Sicht über den Tejo. Die berühmte Linie 28 hält direkt vor der Tür. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Bruno Almeida war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, angenehm und zuverlässig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden sie bei einem weiteren Besuch gerne wieder mieten.

Localisation idéale au coeur de l'Alfama

Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier de l'Alfama, agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Petit plus très appréciable, un accès sur le toit avec vue sur le quartier et le Tage ! Transports (tramway 28, bus, métro...), petits commerces et restaurants à proximité....

Accueil chaleureux de Bruno, qui reste disponible si besoin.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

APPARTEMENT IDEAL POUR UNE ESCAPADE A LISBONNE

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au cœur de l'Alfama. Appartement rénové, fonctionnel, propre, spacieux, lumineux, bien situé, restaurants et commerces à proximité, avec le tramway au pied de l'immeuble. Un ascenseur également appréciable après de longues promenades dans cette ville enchanteresse. La gare Apolonia est à 10 mn à pied (train, métro, bus, taxi).

Encore merci à Bruno pour ses informations, sa disponibilité ++, ses réponses rapides (par mail et par sms). Petit plus, la vue sur la ville et le Tage depuis le toit de l'immeuble, surtout la nuit. N'hésitez pas, appartement idéal pour une escapade dans cette ville où il me tarde de retourner.

Un excellent choix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lisbonne et votre logement y a largement contribué. Bien situé dans l'Alfama, votre appartement est très agréable, spacieux, et calme. Sa rénovation est parfaite, et il est très agréable de s'y retrouver après les longues promenades dans Lisbonne. Les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que les transports en commun. Je le conseille à tous ceux qui veulent passer un agréable séjour et vivre quelques temps dans l'Alfama. Gilbert
