This studio is the ground floor of a 3 story townhouse. The upstrairs 2nd & 3rd floor is rented separately, VRBO # 120932. Studios are designed with everything in one big room, (no separate bedroom). Furnished with new (6/2016) king size size bed, sofa, (not a sleeper sofa), & dining table. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, toaster, TV, DVD, wireless internet, & stereo. Bath has a tiled shower. Washer & dryer in unit.
Located in the residential area of Navarre Beach away from the crowds of the high-rises, only 1 mile from the National Seashore and 2 miles from the Navarre Beach Causeway.
You can also enjoy the multi-use path that runs the length of the island and into the National Seashore for running, walking, or biking. It's only a two mile walk to the restaurants. Rentals are available for bikes, kayaks, jet ski's, sailboats, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. No pool at this property.
You should bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sun screen, hair dryer, hand & bath soap, dish washing & laundry detergent, and paper products like extra toilet paper and extra trash bags.
Although the unit is pet friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach along the Gulf of Mexico. There is a dog park on the Gulf of Mexico about 10 miles down the beach and you can walk them along the multi-use path or along Santa Rosa Sound .
I only take weekly reservations for summer months, Saturday to Saturday, but if it’s not reserved a couple weeks ahead of time I’ll rent it for less than a week.

My name is Terri. I live here on Navarre Beach with my Fiance John. I started selling real estate on Navarre Beach in 1986 and moved onto the island in 1991. I enjoy meeting the wide variety of interesting people who visit here and strive to make the your stay a memorable one.
Terri purchased this Studio in 1996
Why Terri chose Navarre Beach
Ever since the I first time I saw the beaches here, they were so beautiful... it's one of God's greatest creations. I bought my 1st property in 1991, a townhome on Tina Dr. Then I bought Southern Breeze Townhome in 1998, and SanNavarre Townhome in 2000.
What makes this Studio unique
I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Navarre Beach, the restaurants, the bike path, or driving through the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach for dinner.

Beautiful beach and cozy dog friendly space.
We had a great time staying at "Gone to the Beach". The bed is super comfy and there is a great patio where you can sit and listen to the waves. From previous reviews, I knew the kitchen did not have an oven and the stove top was portable so we planned accordingly. There is a Publix across the bridge, so we loaded up at the deli and ordered in a few times. It was a perfect homebase for a couple with 2 dogs. Navarre beach area has a great bike/walking path with many benches and dog pit stop areas. There aren't many rentals on the beach that are studios or 1 bedroom and are also dog friendly so I highly recommend Terri's rental. We have been renting from her for years and are always happy.
It was great! Perfect for just the two of us:)
It was just as described. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy!
Okay for the price
Furnishings need upgrading, access to beach and beach views were great, place was clean. Overall, price was right for accommodations. Would stay again but would bring a few extra items to make it more comfortable.
Beautiful Beach and water!! Great Condo location on the beach.....
The Condo. Great location, loved the covered deck, the bed was very comfortable. We were at this property in the early winter season so the sun would set at 4:50pm every day as expected. We would shower, go out for dinner and return to the condo. The only place to sit and relax for the evening was a sofa or a hard dining chair or the bed to watch movies, etc.. the couch NEEDS TO GO. The was no way to sit comfortably on it. Your knees were higher than your hips it sunk in so bad. The bedside lamp shade was broken. There is 2 drawers in a bedside table for folded clothing and a plastic set of drawers on rollers for more storage. The one side of the bed a chair was used as a bedside table??? The sand outside of the deck - the fence is falling down, lumber laying everywhere, etc. 1 hour and it could have been cleaned up. The bathroom was dirty. If the housekeeper would have looked beyond the mirror and sink this could have been cleaned. Important!! If anyone is renting the condo above you you will not get any rest in fact you will probably have a pounding headache from hearing the stampede of feet running back and forth. Check before you rent. If there are children above you you will get no peace at all. I've have rented properties for vacation for several years and by far this one was the most uncomfortable 8 days we ever spent. The deck furniture was much more comfortable. We both came home with back aches from the lack of decent furniture to sit on. Owners - spend some money on comforts for your tenants it goes a long way in reviews as does cleanliness and general care of the outdoor landscape. We all mostly care about another's property even if the owners do not.
So sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at Gone to the Beach more than you did. I try to represent it for what it is with current pictures. I will address the cleaning issues with housekeeping. Hurricane Nate blew the sand fencing down and it’s scheduled to be repaired this month. I will also replace the lamp shade. I’ve never had someone complain about the couch & thought it was comfortable but I will look into replacing it. Thanks
It is a great property with stunning sunrises and sunsets. White sand beach with crystal clear water
The studio is a wonderful getaway. The only drawback is you can hear everything from the unit above. All in all this is a great getaway destination to take in all the beach has to offer. I will definitely return to the area on my next beach excursion.
Thank you for your review!
A few God moments
Having never been to the Gulf for an extended stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the closeness to the ocean. The facility was as we anticipated and we plan to make other trips to the Gulf.
Thank you for your review! Hope to have you back again soon!
