Apartment in a small, very quiet residence on the heights of Nyons, two hundred meters on foot from the town center and shops, easy access for people with reduced mobility, four free shuttle lines serve the town.
Large living room with sofa bed of 140x190cm, with a fully equipped kitchen area, large sun terrace. A bedroom with 160x190 cm bed also opening onto the terrace, bathroom with shower, WC entrance with small washbasins, and a small storage utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Belle apparemment très bien équipé, au calme et cerise sur le gâteau un box fermé pour la voiture. Belle découverte Le service de conciergerie très gentil et joignable même pour une arrivée tardive merci beaucoup.

appart adapté pour familles de 4, belles vacances dans une très belle région

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour familial dans cet appartement situé dans les hauteurs de Nyons sur le sentier des Oliviers et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. L'appartement , situé au rez de chaussé, est lumineux, spacieux et très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, matériel et produits d'entretien pour faire le ménage, aspirateur, ventilateur mis à disposition et très bonne connexion WiFi). Nos 2 enfants ont dormi sur le lit 2 places de la chambre à coucher dans laquelle se trouve d'ailleurs la salle de bain, et nous avons dormi sur le clic-clac dans le salon., aucun soucis, tout le monde était ravi. Belle terrasse avec vue sur les hauteurs de Nyons mais les températures caniculaires de cet été ne nous ont pas permis d'en profiter! dommage. 2 inconvénients: absence de bouilloir électrique dans la cuisine mais on s'en est sorti sans. Stationnement: le garage est extrêmement étroit, nous recommandons de se garer devant le bâtiment à l'extérieur mais parfois toutes les places étaient prises par les résidents et nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que de garer la voiture dans le garage. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Nyons bilan positif.

Un très bon emplacement, accueillant et très bien situé

Tout est pensé pour le bien être des locataires, décoration, vaisselle, verrerie, cuisine complète ( sauf bouilloire non présente )et cafetière à dosette au lieu de filtre serait un plus. Bref un séjour très agréable.
