On the water, great location, easy to walk to town. We were in town for Holly Folly, 6 of us slept comfortably, with a room to spare. We had a great time playing games, enjoyed a nice brunch all in the comfort of our own place, with beautiful views. The location is quiet yet close to all the hustle and bustle! We will return......
We had never been to Provincetown for New Years and what a better way to spend it then at the boatyard! The condo was very spacious and clean. We loved that you could see the fireworks right from our deck. Would definitely love to rent again.
Although the apartment is at the boatyard it really is a great space. Watching the sunrise was SPECTACULAR!! There were 8 of us that stayed and we had a GREAT time!! The only bad thing I have to say was that our mattress was a little too firm for us but everything else was GREAT!! The property manager was accessible and friendly and only a phone call away if we needed anything.
I would recommend this property to a friend. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owner was attentive to our needs and made our stay comfortable. 5 minutes from town and right on the beach it was the best place we've stayed in Provincetown. Go Kayaking and take a boat ride to the light house.
We stayed at Flyer's last weekend and could not have been any happier that we found this property! The house is in a quiet location but is within walking distance to everything in town. Which was perfect for checking out all of the stores and restaurants. The inside of the house was immaculate and very charming. The views from the bedroom and living room were amazing. We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching the ocean. One of our favorite things about the house is that the beach is just a few steps out of the door. It was nice to spend a few hours on the beach and be able to go back inside whenever we got hot. I would also recommend renting Kayaks from Flyer's or taking one if their boat rides! The scenery is spectacular. The owner, John, was great! He was very helpful with any questions that we had before our stay, and was very accommodating while we were there. He even gave us a little tour of the town! I would 150% recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Cape!!
We recently finished our third stay at Flyer's Boatyard Apartments, and I can't wait for the fourth. This is an ideal place to stay with family and friends (our party included people aged 4 - 75): spacious comfortable accommodations; incredible views of the harbor, lighthouse and the working waterfront; and a gracious host. John is friendly, responds quickly to inquiries and often shares tips for things to do as well as some local history. We've had great times here!
Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this penthouse waterfront apartment. View the sunrise and sunsets from your private decks on two sides.
