Ryan purchased this House in 2015
Why Ryan chose Saint Paul Park
We have always wanted to own riverfront, with historic reference, in a home large enough to host family events, with land large enough to share with the animals.
What makes this House unique
This property, has plenty of wildlife, turkeys, deer, coyotes, eagles, racoons, groundhogs, catfish, walleye, crappie, bluegill, northern, bass, turtles, and even beavers. Its been used for 1000 years as hunting grounds, and this area is known for having the largest concentration of burial mounds in Minnesota. Uniquely situated in a cove that is protected from the main waters of the river, yet giving access to the river and all its fun and recreation.

Came home to Minnesota for a family event. The house worked out perfectly. The location was right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go. The house was gorgeous. Loved the back patio and dock. Would stay again. Thank you Ryan and family.
Great Family Gathering Spot
Perfect for spending 4th of July week with our California kids and grandkids, as well as our Minnesota kids. Enough space for our group, beautiful setting and spacious yard for kids and little doggies to play. Grandkids especially enjoyed the playground. Deck was a favorite spot for morning coffee/breakfast, grilling, and s’mores by the campfire. Enjoyed movie night in the theatre room. Happy family memories made, thank you for sharing your lovely home. Would rent again. Ryan was very courteous and helpful.
The house was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Nice deck/patio and yard, although our time outside was limited by the weather. The home theater was awesome! Ryan was helpful and easily contacted. We really enjoyed our week here.
Great long weekend getaway with family
We had three families staying for a long weekend (7 adults and two kids under 5). The house was big enough that we never felt cramped, and had plenty of family areas for socializing. The media room was great for watching movies or kids shows on Netflix. The kids loved the playset and running around in the back yard when the weather was nice. We took out the kayaks and enjoyed being on the water. The kitchen was big enough that most of the adults could be working on dinner (or socializing) and not get in each other's way. The house is set on the water in the country a bit, but close enough (~10 min) to a grocery store and some shops. We ventured into the Twin Cities on a couple of the days which was nice. The beds were comfy, and there is an air mattress that we used as well. Check-in was great. They showed us around the house and how to work the media equipment. When we had questions or needed something they were very quick to respond. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again in the future.
This was an excellent property for an extended family gathering. We had small children and the amenities of the property made our visit very enjoyable (outdoor play structure, video room and space to spread out).
Spring Break Getaway
We had a wonderful time and this house was amazing. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We loved the theatre room and enjoyed movies each night. It truly is a wonderful retreat no matter what time of year.
