Love being surrounded by so much history and beauty

  • 5 of 5

Walking around the town and reading the historical markers on the historical homes and businesses is great. Excellent view of the water from both the bedroom and living room. I am certain most people visit Marblehead during the summer but being there in the winter was such a wonderful experience. It snowed one night during our stay which I found so enjoyable to just sit by the window and watching it come down. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Phil was so thoughtful and helpful. The locals where all very nice and friendly. We took a day trip over to Salem to visited the many attractions there. I recommend this for a vacation any time of the year.

Clean, pretty and comfortable. With the sea view and watching the lobster boats come in while having your coffee. I will be back, thanks.

My family and I had a great stay here over the Christmas holiday. Such a great location - near parks for my 2 year old to play at. The space is lovely and comfortable. We'd love to return.

Great Condo in a superb area of Marblehead Old Town

  • 5 of 5

The condo is well supplied with all the necessary kitchen items, complementary coffee, eggs and bacon etc. There is a washer and dryer. The location is excellent, parking is included. The unit is spacious, well lit and has a fantastic view of the harbor from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. There is cable TV and wiFi.MOst importantly, the unit was very clean. I highly recommend a stay in this condo!

Loved It!

  • 5 of 5

My family of three stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, as we have extended family who live in Marblehead. This apartment was the perfect location for us. We arrived tired the night before Thanksgiving. We were happy to find that the owner stocked some items in the refrigerator and pantry for our use - coffee, cream, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, seltzer water, etc., which made it easy to feel right at home without worrying about stocking up on supplies. The apartment itself is very charming - we loved the sitting room and bedroom overlooking Marblehead Harbor, with huge picture windows to take in the views. We also loved the roof deck. The apartment was clean, stocked with linens and towels, and very comfortable. We will definitely plan to rent it again when we visit our family in the future.

Wow!

  • 5 of 5

This is, by FAR, the best experience I've ever had with VRBO. While it isn't the cheapest option you'll find in the area, it's worth every penny. Marblehead is stunning and the Honeymoon Suite is nicely situated, across the street from restaurants, around the corner from the grocery store, a short walk from the quaint downtown area.

This was my first trip to New England. I wanted to make the most of it, so I visited Salem, Rockport, Fall River, Peabody, and Boston. While they were all enjoyable visits, Marblehead was the most relaxed and beautiful. Somehow, it seems to have succeeded in keeping most of the chains out, so it has more unique stores and restaurants than most places you'll visit. If you enjoy supporting local businesses, this is the place for you!

The unit has amazing views of the water from the bedroom and living room. The bed is comfortable. The towels are high quality. It truly feels like a home away from home. It could use a dishwasher, but the kitchen is otherwise nicely stocked. Phil even provides ingredients for a welcome breakfast.

If you have a chance, eat at The Landing, across the street. They have a very creative (and tasty) take on clam chowder.

We had a fantastic time. If we ever make it back this way, we'll be staying here!
