The house has an enclosed private garden with a 10mx5m heated (optional) swimming pool.
The house has four bedrooms (with beds for 10) + cot +possibility of a double sofa bed in the living room.
Ground Floor: Entrance, toilet, kitchen, double living room, bedroom 1 (1 double bed and two bunk beds).
1st Floor: 3 bedrooms all with double beds, toilet, bathroom 1 with bath/shower, bathroom 2 with shower.
Exterior: Large terrace with electric awning/sun-blind, table and chairs. Large garden and parking area and car port. 10mx5m heated swimming pool with pool house and terrace area.
Key outdoor amenities: Table tennis, Gas Plancha (hot plate) for outdoor cooking.

The property was bought as a great holiday home location and has been used as such ever since.
The privacy and beauty of the location, gardens and swimming pool combined with the fantastic location for visiting, wine tasting, going to the beach and playing golf.
Put simply this is a great place for all the family. The house and the grounds are wonderful. Great for small children as the pool is in good view of the outside eating area and garden meaning you can keep an eye on everyone. The house itself is spacious and friendly and the kitchen is really well equipped, bedrooms are great upstairs, beds comfortable with the addition of ceiling fans being fab on really hot nights. Having two showers is also a good touch when you have a larger group staying.
There is so much to do in the surrounding area with St Emillion a stones through away and great markets in Libourne and other towns. The Dordogne river is close for brilliant canoe trips.
All in all we highly recommend the house as a perfect place to stay for a relaxing week in France.
We have stayed twice at this villa. It is a delightful property in a very private and peaceful location. The children (aged 6) really enjoyed the garden and in particular loved playing the heated private pool. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable.
Saint Emilion is a short drive or mountain bike ride away and we enjoyed exploring the local area and vineyards.
We would recommend and hope to visit again soon.
We had a fantastic 10 day stay at the villa. It was delightfully furnished and able to accommodate 8 family members and a few extra guests! Swimming pool was the highlight of the villa, heated and with its own special cleaning robot. Kids loved it. The villa is nice and cool during the day. Boulangarie a short bike ride away for the morning croissants and pastries. The villa is very private and peaceful, set in the middle of vineyards. The historic town of St Emilion is a short drive away and is perfect for a bit of sightseeing good food and wine . Lovely stay would definitely book again.
A peacefull property, located in a wonderfull area. The swimming pool is a delight for all - particularly children, and just what you need on the many hot days. Eating out on the terrace is another delight with the awning providing shade for those that need it. The accomodation, although simple is very comfortable with excellent bathrooms.
Walking or cycling to the excellent local bakery for breakfast croissants and fresh bread is a joy. And I love the geometric vinyards that surround the house on all sides and of course dominate the area.
There is much to do in this area. Walking and cycling are a pleasure. Canoeing on the Dordogne is very relaxing with local hire firms arranging one way trips. St Emillion is a delightful town mostly constructed of beatifull stone. Cafes, restaurants and wine shops are plentiful. Further afield, The upper Dordogne is very popular and the cave paintings in that area are a must to see. And in the other direction there is the sea, sand and many other attractions.
I have always enjoyed my stays here and am sure that all visiting will do so as well.

This is an exceptionally lovely, spacious property,which provides very good and thoughtfully designed facilities throughout, for any family or group of friends to enjoy a relaxing holiday, in this beautiful French location,very near the interesting and historical town,of the famous wine producing area of, St.Emillion.
This house is very comfortable, clean, spacious and very welcoming.
Outside, there is an enclosed, large patio area, with lawns for sport activities and a superbly designed swimming pool with non-slip tiles, which surround the whole area.
I would certainly recommend this house and the interesting area which surrounds it, to any visitors who enjoy eating and enjoying French cafe's, artisan galleries and shops and a good range of restaurants serving French Cuisine.
We enjoyed cycling activities to several local villages and Towns nearby and walks through the vines in the early mornings.Bordeaux also is an interesting town to visit. There are also coastal areas,with Bird Reserves and Golf courses, and parks to enjoy. The famous Oyster fishing area of Arcachon is well worth a visit, if you enjoy beautiful beaches and boating and water sports.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday time at this lovely house and location. We are definately happy to recommend this location, the house and it's excellent facilities, to our friends and family.
The property is in a magnificent location surrounded on all four sides by Saint Emilion Grand Cru vines providing great views and privacy. The location provides easy access to Saint Emilion and all of the Bordeaux wine regions and is particularly close to the Saint Emilion and Pomerol domains.
It is a great gastronomic region for dining and wine tasting, there is even a wine tasting school providing short wine tasting courses for tourists. The landscapes and villages are listed as a World Heritage sites by UNESCO providing a fantastic location for visiting, walking and cycling.
There is easy access to the Dordogne area with Bergerac only 45km to the East (and the Dordogne river only 4km from the house). Bordeaux is only 30 minutes away and the beaches of Lacanau Ocean and Arcachon can be reached within 1h30.
