Beautiful rustic modern home nestled on 5 private acres of wooded land, just 3 minute car ride up the hill from Swinging Bridge lake reservoir, and 15-20 minutes from all local food/shopping and attractions such as the restaurants at White Lake, Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Monticello Motor Club, and the all new World Resorts hotel and casino opening March 2018. Sit back, relax and enjoy the serene private setting this property has to offer, with two well equipped decks, large rock built fire pit, and plenty of well-manicured yard for outdoor activities. Or take a leisure walk or 3 minute car ride down the hill to Swinging Bridge lake where you will conveniently find a public boat launch and two marinas offering a wide variety of lake activities and boat rentals. Enjoy tubing, water skiing, fishing, bald eagle/bird watching, or just relax and skip rocks with the kids.

On cold rainy or snowy days, stay indoors, light a fire and enjoy the great room with comfortable lounge seating, a well-appointed bar, electronic dartboard, and pool table.

If you are a bike rider, take advantage of the well-maintained roads and enjoy miles of scenic cycling. The public boat launch, just down the hill, is the ideal spot to kick off your ride. Or take a 20 minute ride to Walnut Mountain Park in Liberty for some great hiking and mountain biking. Don't leave until you've reached the summit!

Beautiful home, peaceful area, responsive host

Perfect place for our lovely sisters weekend relaxing, watching rom-coms by a cozy fire and drinking wine. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, very clean, peaceful area and nice property overall. Nicely stocked kitchen. Host is very attentive, but we did not need any help once there. They provide VERY thorough instructions and details. Would recommend this lovely home for a nice get together.

Wonderful Property

We had an amazing stay here. The main room was comfortable and conducive to spending time together. Really enjoyed ourselves. My party has rented properties previously. This was the first time we considered returning to the same rental next year.

By early 2005 our dream home was built, and the years of fun and adventure with friends and family began.
