About Nicole & Holly
Nicole - Hi, I bought this house in 2002 from Holly (now my property manager). I recently retired after 20+ years in the US Air Force and had my first baby - a wonderful boy named Bodie! He is 5 years old and already loves to ski. Holly - Hi, I started my property management business when we sold this house to Nicole. Now I manage several properties in the area, giving extra special care and attention to both owners and visitors. My two boys are absolutely crazy skiers! Looking forward to another great snow year.
Nicole & Holly purchased this Chalet in 2002
Why Nicole & Holly chose Old Town
Park City ROCKS!! It's got everything - skiing, snowboarding, great night life, wonderful restaurants, amazing outdoor activities for all for seasons. And our house is in the perfect location to enjoy ALL of it! Mountain bike trails kick off within a few hundred yards from the house. Because we are in the historic district, everything is close by. However, our house is high on the hill on a relatively quiet street with a view of the mountains. Plus, it is a very easy short drive (35 min) from the SLC airport. Easy access!
What makes this Chalet unique
Close to downtown yet on a quiet street at the top of Main St. Great views! Awesome Hot tub!

Great condo. Amazing location
Stayed here for Sundance and it was perfect. Cozy place and so close to Main Street. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot! Loved the hot tub as well! Would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for your kind review. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
Amazing communication and flexibility to accommodate us. We had a great time and within walking distance to town lift which made the trip.
Nice place and great stay
10 min walk to town, easy walk to trail.
This was a perfect house for our family of 5 to spend the holiday weekend, and Nicole and Holly were super responsive. We have 3 twenty-something kids and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. One caveat; the 'amenities' description of the property is somewhat misleading. The second bedroom has one, not two, queen sized beds. The master has one queen and the third bedroom has 2 bunks. There are also sleeping areas in the family room. Park City slopes are about a 300 yard walk (both uphill and downhill) from the house. House is well stocked with cooking equipment, hot tub is great and the wood burning fireplace adds a lot of ambiance to the apres ski. Highly recommended! Finally, we really appreciated Nicole emailing us the headsup that it was snowing the day we arrived and we probably needed a 4WD vehicle to make it to Park City. Very thoughtful!
My son and I had a great trip to Park City. The studio was a perfect place for us to crash after a day of snowboarding and the hot tub was great for relaxation. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.
Very easy walking distance to town. The studio was small but fine for just 2 of us on this quick weekend trip.
Thank you for staying. Hope you come back again soon.
Our house is located in the historic district (aka Old Town) of Park City. It is situated just up the hill from the top of Main Street. While centrally located, it is on a quiet street with gorgeous views of the Deer Valley mountainside.
