If you like a variety of ski resorts, this location makes it easy. 300 YARDS Walk-then-ski to Park City Ski Resort Town Lift. Drive just under 2 MILES (1.78 miles/ 4 minutes) to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Drive 5 MILES (10 minutes) to the Canyons Village. In addition, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Robert Redford's Sundance Ski Area are a 45-minute drive away. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are probably the farthest at just about 1 hour.

Nicole - Hi, I bought this house in 2002 from Holly (now my property manager). I recently retired after 20+ years in the US Air Force and had my first baby - a wonderful boy named Bodie! He jis 3 years old and already loves to ski with mommy.
Holly - Hi, I started my property management business when we sold this house to Nicole. Now I manage several properties in the area, giving extra special care and attention to both owners and visitors. My two boys are absolutely crazy skiers! Looking forward to another great snow year.
Nicole & Holly purchased this chalet in 2002
Park City ROCKS!! It's got everything - skiing, snowboarding, great night life, wonderful restaurants, amazing outdoor activities for all for seasons. And our house is in the perfect location to enjoy ALL of it! Mountain bike trails kick off within a few hundred yards from the house. Because we are in the historic district, everything is close by. However, our house is high on the hill on a relatively quiet street with a view of the mountains. Plus, it is a very easy short drive (35 min) from the SLC airport. Easy access!
Close to downtown yet on a quiet street at the top of Main St.
Had a GREAT VISIT- love the location of the condo to Main Street & Town Lift. The hill kept us in shape!
This was a perfect house for our family of 5 to spend the holiday weekend, and Nicole and Holly were super responsive. We have 3 twenty-something kids and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. One caveat; the 'amenities' description of the property is somewhat misleading. The second bedroom has one, not two, queen sized beds. The master has one queen and the third bedroom has 2 bunks. There are also sleeping areas in the family room. Park City slopes are about a 300 yard walk (both uphill and downhill) from the house. House is well stocked with cooking equipment, hot tub is great and the wood burning fireplace adds a lot of ambiance to the apres ski. Highly recommended! Finally, we really appreciated Nicole emailing us the headsup that it was snowing the day we arrived and we probably needed a 4WD vehicle to make it to Park City. Very thoughtful!
My son and I had a great trip to Park City. The studio was a perfect place for us to crash after a day of snowboarding and the hot tub was great for relaxation. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.
Very easy walking distance to town. The studio was small but fine for just 2 of us on this quick weekend trip.
I live by the reviews in Amazon and Home Depot and even leave videos and photos on occasion. I've been snowboarding since the mid 80's, my wife and I chase snow all the world. This place is tied with my favorite place in Aspen. The studio was perfect for us. We will come back for one of the 3 bedrooms with friends. The renters gave us a beautiful clean place to recover from our 9 days on Park City Mountain. They even told us where to get discount tickets. The hot tub was hot and the room it was in had a sky view and a floor made from pebbles. It was just what the doctor ordered. We will be back. You should go.
My fiance and I loved this place. It was our little hideaway but only a block from all the Main Street action. The hot tub was great after being soooo sore after my first day snowboarding. Will definitely come back!
This studio was perfect for my boyfriend and me. The location is great. Easy walk to downtown (although uphill on the way back). We walked down Norfolk Ave to the ski run to ski to the town lift, then at the end of the day we skied to the top of King road to walk back to the house -- down hill both ways!! The hot tub felt great after skiing all day. The studio was small but how much space did we really need - it still had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Perfect place for a 3-day getaway
Our house is located in the historic district (aka Old Town) of Park City. It is situated just up the hill from the top of Main Street. While centrally located, it is on a quiet street with gorgeous views of the Deer Valley mountainside.
