This attractive cottage sits on the hills above Soller, only 10 minutes drive from the main square. A little iron gate opens to the path that leads onto the terrace and pool area from where the views are simply spectacular. The house offers a spacious open plan living-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. There is a porch with BBQ to enjoy delicious Mediterranean al fresco meals. The views, quietness and clean & tidy style of the cottage is the perfect guarantee for a very pleasant and unforgettable holiday.
The last bit of the access is a steep drive way, therefore we recommend to take a not too big car.
We had a really lovely time at the house. The pool was a real bonus and the terrace was perfect for relaxing. The outside kitchen was fun and the house was well equipped and very comfortable. However, the best feature of all was the view over Soller and the surrounding hills! We chose not to hire a car and the 25 minute walk into Soller was manageable for us with older teenagers. There is a steep section near to the house which could be tricky for some and a small car would be essential for the narrow road. Xisca was very helpful and arranged a taxi and food delivery for us after our late flight. Soller is a lovely 'real' town with some beautiful walks and a range of restaurants. We rarely go back to a holiday place but I would happily stay here again.
We spent one week in this beautiful finca and had a wonderful holiday. The villa was excellently equipped, with the extras such pool toys, kitchen, internet etc. The villa was very clean, comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. Xisca was very helpful and responded immediately when we booked the house and sorted out all questions we had before we arrived. Also she picked up us when we arrive in Soller, guided us the way and the explained the whole house.
We particularly enjoyed the large pool and seating area. We would certainly recommend everything to our friends! We will see Soller certainly not for the last time so far.
The beautiful Sóller village is nestled in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range. The Plaza (main town square) is alive all year round and full of nice and good priced bars, restaurants and shops. At the so well known Train Station, with permanent Picasso and Miró exhibitions, you can catch the little tram to Puerto de Sóller and enjoy further nice restaurants, were good paellas and fresh fish are served. And you can also take the train to Palma, which is actually a must do if you visit the valley for the first time. Sóller is very close to very nice villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix and Deià and is a good starting point for many walking routes along the Tramuntana or the NW coast.
Golf: There is a golf course, Son Termens, 20 minutes away from Sóller.
