We spent a week at this cute cottage. The location is perfect and the property is very comfortable and fully equipped. We visited different nearby beaches every day and within a matter of minutes could pop into P Town for dinner or cocktails. We had a such great time and plan on staying again next year. Mark is great to work with too. It's a definite keeper.
Mark's cottage was really perfect for what we wanted and needed. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. The Provincetown shuttle made it easier for us to avoid traffic and high parking fees when visiting. The location was great for biking and finding nice beaches around. It was an al around great experience. I would definitely stay here again!
Just got back from a week at Mark's cottages for the first time. We could not have been more pleased. Very short drives to Coast Guard and Head of Meadow beaches. Walking to the bay beach was possible. Shuttle to P-town to avoid the parking hassle and fees. Cottage was perfect for the two of us. Clean throughout, comfortable mattress, functional kitchen. Nice quiet compound. Road noise could be heard, but diminished rapidly after sundown. Windows on every side let the Cape breezes through. Not chrome, not glam, just the real cape style of old. We felt right a home. Mark was super responsive and communicative for the whole VRBO process too.
We stayed in this little cottage for a week during a 2 month East Coast tour. It was ideal for a relaxing week on Cape Cod, particularly as beaches were empty and free access/ parking this time of year. Provincetown is only a few minutes drive and was very lively and we enjoyed the bars and restaurants. Bike trails were good fun too.
The cottage is a 'Tardis' (re Dr. Who!) and is very light, airy and spacious inside, with modern furnishings.
Mark, the owner, was very patient with our protracted booking (from the UK) and our many emails. The price is also incredibly reasonable for this location. Thanks again Mark, we really enjoyed our stay. Val and Nick
I first stayed at Mark's cottage in 1998 and have pretty much been back every year for two weeks in August since then. Over the years, I have stayed at both cottages, both are clean, fully equipped and nicely appointed. The compound itself is very quiet and friendly. The Shuttle stopping right out in front, avoiding the hassles of having to drive into Provincetown and pay for parking, always a good option. However, if you want to drive, it is centrally located and an easy drive to everything. Mark, the owner, is very personable & approachable. He is now like a brother from another mother to me.
Your search stops here. Do yourself a favor - save yourself some time & anguish. Stay at one of Mark's cottages where all you need to bring is your own good time!
This is my family's second trip to the cottage, and both times have been amazing experiences. The cottage is such a perfect fit for my family, roomy enough, clean, well maintained and not lacking for anything. We love the location of the cottage as well, so quiet, and close to the best beaches on Cape Cod!
Mark, was a pleasure to deal with, gave clear instructions for the cottage, which made it feel like we were staying at a home-away-from-home.
We found it hard to leave, but are looking forward to our next stay!
