Comfortable, great location

This is a neat studio apartment that looks like it was carved out from an adjoining school. From the outside, it has an old-fashioned charm that's distinct from most of the apartments in the area.

The entryway, stairs, and room itself were clean and in excellent repair. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, was larger than in many studio apartments, and worked well. Linens were clean and comfy. The kitchen provides a cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, but I only used the refrigerator. Furniture was typical of vacation rentals, which is to say a bit beat up, but perfectly serviceable, especially considering the very competitive price of this rental.

It really is only a 1 or 2 minute walk to Victoria Station. The location is very convenient for that and for pubs, Sainsbury Local, and some restaurants in and around the station. The underground passes below and produces a soft roar and slight vibration, quite often during the day and much less often at night. It didn't bother me or interfere with sleep--it was a gentle reminder that this was indeed London.

Management was easy to reach, friendly, and helpful. Getting the key was easy and well-organized. I will probably stay here again on my next trip.

Had great carpaccio and pizza at Oliveto's a couple of blocks away. The Thomas Cubitt is also nearby and is elegant--good for a romantic evening out. Staff at The Victoria pub across the street was very friendly. Try out the deli at Eccleston and Ebury!

Full payment in required in advance and to finalise your reservation we will require our booking form to be signed and completed with in 48 hours of sending you the firm by email or we can send you a booking link to pay online. Once completed we will send you a confirmation invoice and the check-in instructions for key collection on the arrival date

Cancellations will only be accepted if made by the credit card holder.

If you cancel your reservation at any time after your booking has been accepted then we impose the following administration charges:

We cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments will be satisfied. However, if you wish to make any alteration to your booking (including a transfer of your booking to another person, changing dates by increasing/decreasing the number of nights booked, change in type of apartment or change in location) after it has been accepted by us, we will try to accommodate your requirements subject to availability.
A refundable deposit is required for each booking depending upon the number of proposed occupants in the apartment at the time of the booking. The deposit is held against any arrears of rent, dilapidations or breakages that may occur. The deposit, or any balance after deductions will be refunded following the Company's inspection of the apartment used on condition that the apartment is vacated in a reasonable condition and settlements of all accounts.

We require a signed and completed Booking Form or online payment acceptance for all reservations.Upon receipt we will send out an invoice for rent. Please note a refundable deposit is required (of GBP £50.00 which will be refunded within 14 days after departure on condition that the apartment is vacated in a reasonable condition), any extras requested and credit card charges apply.
