This completely new (built year 2013) and beautiful holiday Villa is immersed in green nature. Located at the end of a small village of Filipana in the south of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula. The villa offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with high level of privacy. The villa’s natural building materials and illumination system was carefully designed to provide the most comfort and pleasurable experience in any moment. Kitchen, toilette, a twin bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor with a lovely view on the pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms accompanied with two bathrooms. The property is located on extended grounds with substantial olive growth, grasslands and forest which offer unique atmosphere and complete privacy for our guests on over 22 900 square meters. Area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs, made from natural materials. The villa is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation.

This beautiful holiday house is located in the small village Filipana, on the south side of Istrian peninsula. Location of the Villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major peninsula cities.

Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 18 kilometres away from the Villa is world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world.

Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine.

Istrian peninsula is also a home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana, just 16 kilometres away from the Villa.

    7 nights accommodation, initial and final cleaning, laundry (linen and towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, internet access.

    A security deposit of 400 EUR is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property.

    A non refundable deposit of 30% is required when the booking is made.
