Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds Hook Norton is a busy well serviced village. There are 3 pubs, 2 offering good food and the other more of a traditional drinking pub. There are two good shops and easy access to Chipping Norton where there are banks, supermarkets, antique centres and a range of one off boutique shops. The Rollright Stones are a few minutes away and Daylesford Organic Farmshop and Spa are just a 10 minute drive. The Hayloft has been converted from the old hayloft of one of the oldest properties on the High Street. The stables below are still occasionally in use and the ponies can be heard moving around and eating their hay from time to time. The stables, although totally independent, are attached to the main family house, the family have 4 small children and they can also be heard playing from time to time. There are a pub and a restaurant/pub within a minutes walk of the house and the Village Stores are opposite. However, the flat is to the side of the house so has no passing traffic and the house is set within an acre of grounds, a mixture of garden and paddock.
